Once Bitcoin marketcaps has reached to a trillion alone, that will be the game changer movement because at that time many other cryptos will grow and in the future the cryptocurrency marketcaps will be in trillion of usd. So.. once bitcoin hits a trillion marketcap, it automatically means that other cryptocurrencies will follow suit? That doesn't make sense at all. Outside of Ethereum, the marketcaps of certain cryptocurrencies are hugely dwarfed by bitcoin's marketcap(not to mention their marketcaps are really inaccurate due to the huge amounts that the devs hold).

I so much read about ChainLink, a coin that worth nothing before, it's price increase from less than $4 last year to more than $25 this year. This has been a great increase, I had to study about the coin, but I later found out that 80% of the coin is controlled by 125 wallets, this is so surprising to me, the coin can easily be manipulated. There are many of such cryptocurrencies out there, why we need to be careful of altcoins.

Very difficult for other altcoins here if this is the case, mk4 is right, the market cap is extremely far, even you just look at the Bitcoin dominance now, not even below 50%.
But maybe the mainstream and adoption may be follow or cryptocurrency may just be more popular with the lead of Bitcoin ofcourse.

I get your point of view.Many altcoins were "riding on the back" of Bitcoin during the previous years and many people entering the crypto world think that altcoins are "just like Bitcoin,but a little bit better" which isn't the case.No altcoin has the trust Bitcoin has.I can't seem to find an altcoin,that is slightly better than BTC.
Bitcoin Core will reach 1 trillion dollar market cap soon,maybe this year,or maybe next year.
No altcoin will ever reach 1trillion USD market cap anytime soon.Not even Ethereum.

It would become as a huge achievement for bitcoin itself, getting into a trillion marketcap is not impossible, it will happen in the long run as the adoption continues to increase. Marketcap now is over $700 billion already, it means by the time bitcoin hits $53k each, that would already make a trillion dollar marketcap.

It's actually happening.

We don't have to wait until bitcoin reaches $1T because the game has already changed and other alts have also followed bitcoin. Although it's such a good achievement to see bitcoin goes $1T.

And we're near seeing that around $52k-$55k.

I believe that bitcoin could be 1 trillion dollar market cap very very soon. We are already at around 800 billion dollars, which means another 25% or so increase and we are going to be there. This is really interesting to see because we are talking about bitcoin reaching 1 trillion dollars all by itself, and that usually rarely ever happens.

I get that it could happen when we are talking about ALL of crypto, that was totally realistic and already happened, we are at around 1.2 trillion dollars and since bitcoin has a huge dominance, we have 400 billion dollars in "other stuff" right now, ethereum is 200 billion dollars all by itself, which means btc+eth equals 1 trillion dollars already (nearly) and ALL other coins are combined 270 billion dollars or so. This doesn't only show the dominance of bitcoin, but shows the dominance of ethereum over other altcoins as well.
