Hi all I’m new to mining and I have a 8 card EVGA GTX1060 sc rig and just seeing what the best settings are for overclocking ... I’m currently getting 162mh/s using +70%power +100core & +450 memory

Is this a good set up or can I go a little higher on mem clock ??
I’ve heard some bad things if you over stretch your cards ..

Many thanks

Your overclock settings may change depending which coin you are mining,

I have a single Zotac 1060 6GB card mining ETH running at 23.8Mh/s right now with my afterburner settings here:
80% Power Limit
+650 Memory Clock

These 1060's should do 22-25Mh/s per card if cooled adequately and overclocked.

Each card may respond to overclocking a bit differently and not yield the same results!

Seriously it depends on the memory of the graphic cards, samsung settings is different from hynix and micron, you gotta find your own sweet spot for mining, my gtx1060 that used to own do only 22MHs at 98watts, if you have a micron based memory ( check with gpuz ) you can lower the core clock and memory to the lowest and see, you don't need higher memory clock speed on nvidia cards to get best performance out of them for Mining Ethereum
