The addresses generated will be the same IF you have the same SEED.  Wallets are HD - Deterministic, and will always give the same addresses every time!  If you are getting addresses that are different you have changed SEED or forgotten something.  Did you have an extended seed passphrase on the older wallet?  If you used a password to access the wallet on your Trezor that password still must be used.  Not talking about PIN here.  Something has changed on your end.

Just checking - you are talking about Bitcoin here?

This is a common issue to those who wipe their trezor and recover their wallet with seed.

Trezor passphrase is disabled by default and maybe you enable this on the settings to add passphrase.

If you remember that you enabled the passphrase and remember the passphrase recover the wallet again with the same passphrase.
And let it sync for a while after restoring the seed.

Next time every time you use any address from trezor always backup the private key for future recovery but backup them only on offline pc.

First tell me are you using passphrase or not?

If new address was generated when you restored your seed words that means that you had extra word used as a BIP39 passphrase.
Maybe you add it the first time creating the wallet or you are using it now, and that is the only way you would get different addresses, except the case if you entered your passphrase wrong.
One small mistake with passphrase would give you totally new address, so check for spelling mistake.

Do the addresses which contain your coins (which you have checked on a block explorer) start with the same digit as the addresses you are now seeing in the empty wallet you are restoring? Either 1, 3, or bc1?
Are you absolutely sure you are restoring from the correct seed phrase, and not a seed phrase from a different wallet?
As asked above, did you ever use a passphrase in the past, or are you using one now?

john2021,

All 4 of us above have pretty much given you the same advice with different wording.  Are you reading these suggestions, and if so have you resolved your issues yet?
