We're in the pandemic and I think that would flatter her if you're going to gift her things that she need. Flowers and other temporal stuff would still do but be practical and I'm sure she's going to like it.

You did not clarify what's your relationship , if she is your wife/husband , Girlfriend/boyfriend or you are just courting .

But know what ? in relationship it does not the value that matter but the thoughts and the effort, this must not be expensive but make sure that you'll make her/him happy with what you will bring for.

Get her something really special, something she has indirectly told you that she needed or perhaps something you have observed that she needs. Take her to a fancy restaurant and tell her all the things you used to tell her before she became yours. In gifting, i always say that it is the gesture that matters the most, not the gift itself.

Be practical, since were not still covid free we have to stay indoors. I suggest a romantic dinner and and a special gift (things that she needs).

i'm preparing a Special Dinner with our children and with our love ones, our anniversary is 3 days after valentines so my plan now is to celebrate together because this is our  25th year together from our  young Love up to now.

I think you know here better than we do, remember those times she said she wants something or when she showed you something pretty that she wanted to have. And Valentines are usually for dates, make sure you prepare something romantic or maybe spend the whole together doing fun things.

If you are already living together then I think the best gift for occasions would be time together and give her a peace of mind and relaxation.
Take care of the household chores cook something special and have a family time or bonding time with her sometimes it isn't about material things it is about the effort and comfort that would count and make her happy.
Although grocery would be practical but would she really appreciate it? Isn't it pretty normal when you are already together those events are meant to be special so be creative and make something for her.
I am not saying that it isn't a good one but as a husband getting grocery is pretty normal nowadays so if it normal how would you make her feel that it is a special day for both of you?

Quite a few things you can do, firstly do you know what exactly she requires or she told she wanted something and which she does not have it so you can gift her. Secondly, what does she loves in you or what she wants you to improve on like for example somebody says me you do not cook, so you can try some special dish for her learn before so you can make on that day and I am sure that would be the biggest surprise for her. Thirdly, if not being to vacation you can plan out accordingly.

Here it is quite hard to do any kind of shopping because the stores are closed. All you can do is buy online, of which I am not a big fan. For me, I will just do a some flowers and a voucher for valentines day. Once the lockdown is over we can just do the things we missed out on, like going shopping together.

I wasn't able to take a photograph of them, but at the local shopping centre was a pop-up stand with vibrant roses in various floral arrangements - all were very reasonably priced (e.g. takeaway meal to save trying to convert prices for the global audience) - The colours weren't the usual ones you'd expect to see on roses.  When you look closer and get talking to the stall trader you find out the petals are made of wood-shavings, shaped into rose petals and colourised.

A couple of drops of perfume on the foam they are inserted into and you have fragrant roses that last indefinitely.
