I agree with your analogy, but I still disapprove of that as well. Yes, we're working for the money, however, money isn't our boss. We all know that we need money to survive, but don't praise it. When you do so, that is the moment you can call it your ultimate boss, as you've said. You said, "if you been doing good for the money, you get rewards." True, but it's not because of money. Man if you’re going to keep putting it that way, then it shows that money controls you. Money is not meant to be regarded in such ways, yes we all need money, but when you see money as your boss you let it control you and that means you will be ready to do anything for money, which is totally wrong. I understand what you are trying to say but the context that you are making your analogy is not very appropriate. No doubt that money is good and it helps to enjoy life on earth but money is not the boss because it can't get you all the things you want on eat here. I will make a list for you on certain things that money can get for you.

1. Happiness : You can have all the money on earth but still unhappy. You are unhappy because there are certain more things you can't get with the plenty of money you have worked for.

2. Life: Your money can't buy you life when your time is up to die. You may be prolonging it by having access to good medical treatment that a poor person may not get to but that is because is not time for you to die. Your cells and organs are still responding to treatment but when they are no longer responding, your money can't induce them anymore.

The fact is that this is how most people on our planet live. And indeed, they are slaves. But the slaves are not of money, but of circumstances. For many, there is simply no way to break out of the vicious circle. If the salary is enough for the next salary, it is difficult to reorient and start thinking like an investor and become the owner of money.

For most people it's not just the start  as they live their whole lives like that. People in this forum and in crypto universe generally are an exception to the majority. It's notable crypto enthusiasts have a different mindset towards money. They don't want to be dependent forever, they don't want money to be their boss, unfortunatelly it's just a very tiny percentage of the world population who thinks this way.
Look how many people around in real life don't enjoy their jobs, but continue on these positions or others who are willing do anything for any amount of money without any level of ethics and you will see by yourself that people are not employees of money as OP said, but much worse: they are slaves.

Not everyone can do that, making your money work for you takes risk and not everyone can afford to take risk, some people only needs to take one risk for them to fail in life and fail those who depend on them, if you have a stable job then there is nothing wrong that you work for money. Money is simply the medium towards what you really want. That doesn't really mean that it's your boss or anything. Sides, not every work is "work" for people. It's sometimes their passion, and if you argue that if that's their passion so they shouldn't be paid then that's a pretty shallow argument. Passion or not, people should be paid for what their work is worth. Ultimately though, money is just to be spent, as a medium, so taking that as your boss, aren't you basically saying that you use your boss to buy something you want? You have small point on that part that our boss gives us a salary that is why we are doing our job and follow command from them. But that is why we have chosen to be a part of cryptocurrency, so that we are the boss when it comes to managing our own crypto coins or our digital money.

If a person could grow their own food, generate their own electricity, have their own transportation and living accommodations and have a means of acquiring things they need through barter or exchange.
