So I was having this issue, I trade my BUSD to XRP then try to withdraw it but I have this prompt.



Part of my balance was frozen, what does it mean? and how long will I have to wait until I can withdraw all my XRP?

Don't have XRP myself to experiment this, why don't you try chatting the Support teams to help fix the issue? When has this been going on? I don't think it has to do with your account chat them up and see what could be done to fix it.

Do you have any pending orders? Already contacted the suppport? Since you said part of your balance was frozen it could mean that you have some pending orders or you have orders which are yet to be filled, and until they are filled up they will remain frozen. So your best step would be to check if you have an open order, if you have then cancel it and try to withdraw again, but if you don't then it could be your XRP were frozen by the exchange, that would mean you contacting them to know what to do. I would have thought it could be delisting but since you were able to deposit in the first place, than that could be the only possible reason. XRP withdrawal to the best of my knowledge doesn't take time, therefore once you get your orders cleared or cancelled, you can try withdrawing again.

It's better for the OP to follow the suggestions of colleague above because that is the best way to do it, maybe you are not the only one who experiences things like this. many people also experience like you. so that binance provides your problem in writing that is made to solve it, in order to facilitate the resolution that will be done. if not you can, also just contact Binance support so it can be resolved.

just do the suggestions from the colleague above first and I'm sure everything can be resolved well because Binance's reputation is also good and will not make it difficult for users. I hope your problem can be resolved properly, believe me.

I think for this problem you have to contact Binance it self, because problems like this do sometimes occur with bugs that are often held by contests from Binance, maybe it's a bug. and you take it easy because the exchange is very comfortable for its users. if your assets are lost the possibility to be replaced is very large.

Based on the image, it says that you have a pending transaction that isn't fully confirmed by the network. I think if that transaction has been fully confirmed by the network then you're free to move your assets. That's why it's frozen for the meantime because it's needed to be confirmed first. Just to be sure, do what they say to contact the support. But if I were you, I'll wait until the confirmation is done before contacting them and then I'll try to withdraw it to know if everything goes well.

You have an incoming transaction and I highly think that it is BTC because they mentioned the amount in BTC, so you can't withdraw the BTC until it reaches the 3 or 6 confirmation. But it has nothing to do with your XRP, its just a warning message and can be ignored.

I've been using Binance's XRP conversion before sending it to my local exchanges for my convenience and I find no problem until now. You just need to contact their official support to know the truth behind your frozen funds. You don't need to panic here, you just need to contact them as soon as possible and be prepared for anything they might ask you. Things like these are easy to fix especially with the Binance customer support service because they are not like exchanges that are slow in their customer support. Be careful not to entertain any strange emails regarding your problem because they will likely take advantage of your current situation to fool you, stick to the Binance customer support so that you can fix the problem smoothly.

Sorry for the late update, the problem has been solve, I did not contact the support anymore, my full balance after like 30 minutes has appeared fully in my withdrawable balance. Thank you for your help, I don't know a lot about BUSD but I was able to trade successfully.
