Should have a real big impact on price once they begin marketing (which they've said is also happening).

DeFi is definitely trendy right now, but feels a bit more short term. Longer term investors may want more solid projects that will deliver solid returns, and NEO is definitely solid technology with solid fundamentals, and once they begin actively marketing things will definitely change. We'll see what's still around in 3-5 years time. This is still so early in this entire industry.

of course this news will create a good demands on NEO, and this news come in the right time
so, i believe the price will grow in good movements because of this updates

It has already impacted on the price. I had a small position with an entry around $24.3 and it's currently being traded around $33 even going as high as $36 today following the talks about Neo3 launch. So I'm definitely sure it would have a big impact on the price. If projects are basically just pumping and reaching all time highs in this bull run without any major project news, then Neo's price can do much better with their 3.0 release as long as the bull run momentum doesn't slow down.  Also, I don't really specifics about the release but I sure there would be something in store for DeFi on NEO blockchain. I mean, the team had over 3 years to build. That's more than enough time to make additions.

NEO is just a centralized coin and in spite of the hard working the NEO team may put into the 3.0 creation if the market doesn't agree with the vision/concept of the NEO3.0 it will never impact the price of NEO in the market.
