You mean you do stuck on loading issue? Most likely this do talks about connection or browser one. So far i dont have any problems regarding to this matter.

Did you clear your browser/cache? Not having any issue with any Softswiss powered casino so many it was an isolated case on your end?

Have you tried raising this concern to the team? Because I tried playing on stake and my experience was so smooth so I think there’s a problem with your settings or maybe on the internet you are using. Anyway, if you really want to try another gambling site try Roobet, they also works god to me.

That would be the best thing to do if the problem is not on the browser or the internet. It's best if op let the team know and see if they can fix the problem if it's on their end and not the user. I have known some stake user that doesn't face the same problem so it's either on the site or on you.

This usually happens every once in a while on various casinos !  But most probably it's a problem with my internet connection or my phone is loaded with a lot of temporary data , cache and just clear everything off. Clear your history ! Check again and start playing.

It might as well be a problem with the server but at the same time clear your cache start with it then you would be able to determine if it is indeed a problem with the site or not ?

I tried accessing the site but unfortunately my country is blocked but their reaction was as prompt as I could think of therefore I do not think there might be any problem with the site.

This happened to me before I was playing on Roobet but it was my problem and my internet connection was not good , it just improved after few minutes therefore I hope your problems are solved. But then again as people mentioned you can just use other sites but take care and never use the VPN for anything! Never ! There are people who lost funds just because they were using VPN's.

My first recommendation will be that you check your own device because most of the time the reason why a website gets slow is in your end, for example it could be a good idea if you check the processes that are being executed and see if there is a process that it is consuming too much CPU or RAM, if that is the case and that process is not essential for your operating system try to close it down and see if things improve.

Also it is a good idea to delete the history and the cache of your web browser, and finally it is a good idea to try to find a web browser that is lighter and that doesn't consume as many resources so you have more RAM to spare for any website, not only this will improve your performance with different casino websites but it will improve your web browsing experience in general.
