The tweet clarifies that he purchased DOGE for his infant son (probably as a joke). On a serious note, Tesla invested $1.5 billion in Bitcoin last month and we can say that Elon has indirectly purchased BTC. So he knows which cryptocurrency to take seriously. He made two cryptocurrency purchases. The first one involved BTC, to increase his wealth and protect it against inflation. And the second one involved a few $$$ worth of DOGE so that his son can play with them.

Nothing surprising with this move knowing that he has been shilling DOGE for a quite some time already.

I don't know though why you said "Finally he is getting into crypto" where he already is a big supporter of crypto for a long time already. His shilling wouldn't make sense if he only bought in now after he made the prices increase lol, but i'm pretty sure he bought soome Dogecoin before he began with his tweets, he's not that stupid.
You can also see that his last tweets did not have a positive positive effect on the price anymore. Which is logical because the first wave of surprise of him shilling doge are gone and the price per Doge i still very high.
