3. MRPH
4. ARPA

For newbies, it is not recommended to trade new altcoins, it is too risky. Only professional or experienced traders can do it properly, they know well how the new altcoins probably going. Based on my experience, new altcoins can easily pump their prices after listing on big exchanges, but some can be dead coins after the IEO phases. If newbies don't really know how to choose potential new altcoins, they can be trapped on shitcoins.
