Question: Why was PesoID Nuked?

I'm curious: why was user PesoID Nuked? If it's ban evasion I get it, but based on his posts, I see no reason to Nuke him.
He made only 3 posts in his topic: Peso ID - Short Bitcoin, and even though I wouldn't trust his service, I don't think it violates any rules.

They were nuked by my bot, because they posted a link containing `-generator` which is/was posted a lot by virus posting spam bots. His post contained a quote with a link from a non-newbie about those type of links/posts (and the risks related to it).

I've requested to have their nuke/ban reverted and removed the word from my bot (and cleaned up some others up as well, just to be sure).

@Mitchell Just out of curiosity, does your bot directly nuke the newbies based on a given criteria or just report then to the mods? If a mode went through that post he would have notice that there are no rules broken.

This word was marked to automatically nuke the user (as there was a time were this was spammed excessively). The same happens if any newbie mentions the ethereum pill/hashup stuff.

Normally the bot only removes the post (and reports the post if it happens again).


PesoID was unbanned and their thread was restored. I do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
