Few months back I would say yes to this question. But now, considering the bearish status of the market, the image people have on the person who backs this coin and lack of trust on meme coins will not help this journey. Hence, my opinion is that, we will not see it reaching 1$ mark within this year.

True, this is not the first time they have created a FUD, because they don't want to buy Bitcoin at a high price, so they are trying to create a FUD so that the crypto market drops and they can buy Bitcoin at a low price to get profit later when the market returns to normal.

It is a big mistake to invest in a shitcoin. And even more so if you are making the purchase close to the peak levels. I would advice you to sell your coins for either BTC or ETH and make the exit. At the current levels ($0.31 per coin), you won't face much losses. Doge is being kept afloat by pure hype. The price is gradually going down, as this hype is evaporating. I won't be surprised if it goes below $0.10 by next week. If you still have faith in this coin, then you can hold it. But if I were you, I would book my losses without any delay.

Nah, it's all based upon Elon Musk really, not like it's the same as for BItCoin of course! But Elon started pumping this right back in February with his insane tweets. 

Of course, it can still go further if BitCoin recovers, as we are likely to see at least the odd tweet or wink coming from the Musk camp just to keep his pet 'Doge' well fed and running..

yes, for now, doge is indeed a prima donna for its fans because with the help of this billionaire pump, doge has turned crazy in its price. but again the utility doesn't exist and to reach $1 I think it will be difficult and even impossible
because this doge only goes up when the billionaire pumps this coin but after that and no more pumps the doge will go back to normal and won't go up drastically.

Well, there is consensus within our local crypto community that Doge is a risky investment right now. There is a possibility that it will go back to its original price in the 20 satoshi levels once Elon is done with the coin. Those who were able to achieve their millionaire status because of Doge were the lucky ones. Good luck to those who bought at the high, like 70 cents high. I think a lot of users have been trolled by Musk and I feel that sooner or later the balance between supply and demand would bring the price back down... anything can happen again, it depends on how Musk gets up in the morning.

yes it's possible, but in a bull market all coins have increased even higher than the others, so I think doge will still go up even if it's just a type of speculation like you said.

If you don't have that much expectations and you are not willing to play with your money better not to touch this coin and find other alternative projects that you are willing to take the risk.

Doge is for those who are willing to risk their money in hope that Musk will again pump this coin and bring to the next level.

Without this billionaires help, it would be hard for this coin to pump and reach again the last time high, but who knows what inside

I think, $1 is not impossible cause doge ath was $0.83 which is so far to hit the $1 value. Besides due to elon mask, doge already gain enough fame among people and got huge investment on it But yeah i guess, if it hit around $1, it couldn’t stay long on that milestone cause already people start disbelieving it and now standing at $0.22. So right now $1 will be very long journey for doge
