How they issue CBDC currency?
If its from Old fiat USA dollar or eur then its a still like same fiat currency only Different its digital.
But the Main Question how do we know it will be fair?  How do we know they are not do it faouveres forthemselfes.

The current money printing been trusted to all ready to the Central Bankers Everybody seen how they just abused this system.
Now we trust them again to create CBDC. currency.

CBDCs will be nothing out of the box. If you are using plastic cards and online banking transactions today, your user experience will not change with CBDC. It will just be a digital representation of the same fiat currency. So if a $2 fiat bill can allow you to purchase a McDonald's burger, a digital $2 bill will allow you to do the same!

The entire system and supply will be controlled by the government so the chance of abuse is very less! Cash still has a certain degree of anonymity but with CBDC, your entire finance will be visible to the government. It is an ultimate surveillance toll governments around the world are planning to implement!

CBDC is just same as digital fiat and the government will do the calculations about how much tokens they are going to mint for a year and which is going to be non transparent for sure. Did government said they will have cap value?

No, right! They will just convince that bitcoin is not safe but they never accept the flaws in a money system is being centralized.

They won't be favoring anyone. It's just another upgrade from the government from doing so. They have to cope up with the technology upgrades that they're seeing because crypto is becoming more popular. And with this CBDC innovation and adoption, that's how they react to the unstoppable rise of cryptocurrencies.

Are you scared of probable continuous printing just like what happened to fiat? we'll never know what's happening behind it. But just as the transactions in fiat, they just brought it on cashless and intangible. They might even print as much as they can and that's your worry and if they do, can we do something with that? none.

I am yet to know how this CBDC will work. I guess it’s going to make our transactions abroad to be easier and less costly? Maybe we will be able to send money with our native digital currency to someone in a different country, who will then convert the money to his or her own native digital currency and withdraw?

I am guessing that’s how it’s going to work, which is similar to what you do with fiat, for example you send dollar to someone in Europe and once it arrives in their bank they change it Euros over there and withdraw.

It's just the digital version of your country's currency. They are just making it easy for people to use the fiat with online transactions at least opening everything to all. Like you for example will have the opportunity to buy goods and services and even assets through your phone. Whether they can print more or not, it will be nonyabizniz anymore, we can't do anything about it.

CBDCs are digital fiat currencies. They are essentially the same. So if you expect a totally different currency from a CBDC, you are bound to be disappointed and frustrated.

If your perception of the old form of money is that it is unfair, then the new form of money will surely be no different. It is because the change only happens on the superficial level. It only changes in form. The basic monetary and financial systems are still there. Central banks and governments remain the powerful entities as regards decisions and complete control over it.
