I had my programmer take a look, and he thinks it's all on their end.

What is your full eth address?

He want's to check something, I didn't understand what he was asking (I am not an ETH contract person) but he thought it looked like you did not have enough eth to complete the transaction which does not make any sense to me. But, it's what he does.
