I also think that nobody is really interested in this kind of business, especially when it is only for 4usd, people can make that money much more easier, who would risk their id and the process for this kind of money that does not make any sense, usually when people are making these kind of requests they are aiming to doing things with the wrong intention.
I hope people will realize that giving their identity to any third party they do not know will be dangerous because they can use that identity for something that people do not know.
Many other gambling websites that give those offers to their new members do not have to verify their account because they want to attract as many people as possible.
It is better to use that reputable gambling site to gamble than to use the site to verify their members.
But if there are people who want to try their site, they can try it and we can not blame them.

He have shady activity here so I conclude that his offers here is not true and I think his main intention here is to sign up someone's identity to get more reward for his self and he doesn't plan to pay any one here. Also it's really dangerous to give our identity to anyone especially if the one ask it are scammers or identity sellers and that's huge risk so to everyone new about this better not sell our KYC details since it's not ideal thing or decision to do.
You are right. Even if he hires escrow agents to manage the money, I do not think that people will try to sign up and send the identity to him as we are really aware of giving our identity to the other party can be dangerous.
Once they got people's identity, they can use it for anything they want, and I am afraid that many fraud activities will use people's identity.
Members here really concern about the site, and if that site required to verify members account, we will stay away from that site.
If that is for the gambling site, we have many other reputable gambling sites that do not need to verify our account using our identity.

I hope people will realize that giving their identity to any third party they do not know will be dangerous because they can use that identity for something that people do not know.
It's the usual case, even in websites where we're asked for KYC. We are unsure if they really are keeping our identities in a good place.
We do not have to use that site if the site needs KYC because we already know which gambling site we can use just to play gambling.

While 4 Euros is not that bad to be collected , But giving my KYC for this amount is simply bad for my belief.

Even if they have registration yet our Details at stakes here, and for some penny? you are willing to reveal your identity in a gambling site/operator?
this is not as good as it looks like mate.
Better consider having other bonus in some site than giving your complete personality in 4 bucks

KYC requirement from a not too popular casino, big no! There are good casinos that don’t ask for someone’s identity and most of them are top casinos. Crypto people are irritated with kyc they don’t fit in the decentralised system unless for a regulated platform with limitations. Every casino platform could demand to kyc customers unless it is reasonable and complies with regulations.

But I really doubt he will pay the users who will avail his offer since I see so many something like this before which they only ask for personal identity for certain registration on to get the referral fee from sign ups.

He have tagged for begging loan so I assume that he can't pay the users here that's why I put that statement since that is the nearest conclusion on why he needs to KYC details from the other users.

And the twist is the amount that he has mentioned. But he has already given some words that you might have missed. I don't understand he's into this small amount in exchange for his identity.
Yet, he said that he has won a lot from a casino that I don't even know.

That sounds very suspecious

Anyways, wouldn't recommend anyone doing KYC there.

Yeah, just don't do KYC to websites like this or any casino that you're unsure of. We can always choose whether we will go for KYC or not or if from the beginning they're already asking for.
We have the choice to stop already before going on.
