That's a good idea and I think they would not release the reward when the price is dumping is for me it's not the right timing, some participants will just dump it right away without considering a more negative effect on the future price.

That 0.2 usd is probably easy if Bitcoin will break to $60k. We've seen AME already pumped this high from below 0.01 usd, so that is a x10 profit ore more in just less than a month I believe, so I can't limit its price for now but it still depend on the performance of bitcoin and other major altcoins.
