Swap will get more fee from your tokens. You would send your tokens to exchanges and sell them with better price.

You are missing the point. He and his friends plans to send all tokens to a single wallet and sell it on an exchange like Uniswap as one. Doing so will help them save on swap fees. Think of five people spending $50 each when swapping token from their own wallet and compare it to swapping from a single wallet. It's $250 vs. $50 fees.

Each transaction will still require that you and your friends pay transaction fees in ether, whether you send your tokens to an exchange or you consolidate them all in one address wouldn't matter. But I understand what you are saying.

There are no rules on Bitcointalk that would prohibit you to use multiple ETH addresses or even multiple accounts. You will not get banned for that unless you broke some other rules in connection to multi-accounting. But this could get your and your friend's accounts tagged if people discover that you are abusing bounties by registering alt accounts.

I don't see how someone would be able to tell the difference between 1 user using 5 different ETH accounts and 5 users using 1 ETH account each. If all 5 are registered in the same bounty and they all consolidate their tokens in 1 address, it's going to look shady. The blockchain shows they are connected. if you bought the tokens from your friends accounts, the blockchain would at least show that there was a trade between two parties.

Swap all tokens on one wallet in Myetherwallet is different than send all tokens to on exchange account (uniswap) and swap it to ETH. Swap gives you worse rate than sell tokens on exchanges.

I really doubt that a certain number of people will do this even they are within a circle of friends. I mean, even they are OP's friends, they won't risk their respective Bitcointalk accounts just to save fees. And besides, OP mentioned "all tokens" instead of a single one so more on, transferring all tokens to the main wallet. These bounty hunters already knows the drill so I don't think why they will allow that kind of transaction if it will involves multi-accounts.

Technically, disregarding my first statement, OP can do it anytime he wants. But if OP and his friends do have the same tokenS on the transaction (which is the main purpose), it has a chance to be tagged as bounty cheating in the future as they all participated in the same bounties. There are lots of stories already about multi-accounts and the reason was commonly, they are friends, families, relatives, workmates etc. so hard to believed which is real.

What's the difference? Your friend will still pay fees at those different tokens and the cost is surely high. Did you calculate and compare already the price difference between fees of transferring tokens on your wallet and the expected fees on Uniswap at all those tokens?

Or you are just planning to collect your coins now at your different account on the bounty. Joke. You have to wait before this high gas fees settled.

Just tell your friends not to risk by sending your tokens in 1 wallet since they will might a big consequence about account connection, so better embrace the fee's and let them swap there tokens by theirselves so that it will be more safety for the accounts of individual. And also it's really hard to believe in this story if there's no proof so better not to risk any of it since you might regret if you pursue this action.

I agree with this since there are rules in this forum that would keep away the multi-account user to avoid cheating in any campaign. The suggestion to let them pay their transaction fees on their own is the only choice they have. Forum moderators and DTs won't buy the reason of any users that were all participating in the same bounty campaign. It has to be a different campaign and let them make a trade using ETH. If OP is having a problem with the fees then let them wait till the fees drop down a bit.

You are under risk if you do such activity because it is impossible to prove that whether you pooled all the rewards to yourself from your alt accounts or it was really from your friends for legitimate reasons. And so you will get tagged for cheating bounties with multiple accounts by DT members.

If OP is having a problem with the fees then let them wait till the fees drop down a bit.

But the value of the tokens will be dumped or ever reached value by that time so act as fast as you can when you no longer want to hold the tokens.

OP  i don't advice you to do send all the ERC20 tokens from your friends to one address or else once your accounts get connected and tagged. Nobody will known if you were just friends or alt accounts. Better safe than sorry.

Depending on communities views about this matter because we cant really tell if those accounts we're actually your friends or just an alt of yours.

So this one or this situation will really raise up eyebrows and will most likely to be tagged to be multiple accounts.So if you are really that afraid to be painted with some red
then its better to play safe than sorry.

This is one of the most common problem when you do tend to save up some fees but you cant really avoid on not to be suspected of alt accounts.
So its up to your own choice.

Your basic understanding of the system is wrong. There is not prohibition of such acts. But the bitcointalk community will frown upon your actions here. This has nothing to do with the ETH blockchain, you are free to do whatever you wish to with your money.

But when you are pooling your money on another address because it is your "friend" whom you trust so much that you hand over all your money and they exchange it back for you - you will be marked as an alt account of that address or vice versa.

These are only excuses that bounty hunters who have alt accounts use. You might be a legitimate person who has a legit owernship of an ETH address but no one in the crypto sphere sends their coins to be entrusted to another user unless the gim reality that the other address is also owned by them.

Moreover you cannot prove the opposite, hence you will one day be caught and marked with a red trust rating for being an alt account cheater.
