Could you give us more information about your issue? Also, I would recommend that you use a translator since it would help us understand your problem in a more clear way.

From what I understood you have a transaction that hasn't been made right? Do you remember the fee that you've used? You could post your Transaction ID here -> https://blockchair.com/

I'm assuming you've made your transaction (or at least attempted to) two days ago, which matches with a high activity period according to Johoe's Bitcoin Mempool :



You could try to RBF if you've used Electrum, but then again, we need more details to know the right direction we should give you. Let us know whenever you can!

This puts them approximately 6 MB and 30 MB from the tip respectively. The former may confirm over the weekend, the latter is very unlikely to do so. One has RBF enabled, and both look like they have change outputs so could be boosted using CPFP. I used blockchair's database, which is pretty comprehensive and lets you search for all kinds of things.

In this case, go to blockchair.com and scroll down to click on "Bitcoin explorer". Then in the menu on the right, look for the "Mempool" heading and click on "Outputs". You will then be met with a list of all unconfirmed outputs (around 1.3 million at present), and a bunch of fields at the bottom to help your filter this list. In this case, I used "Value (BTC)". Click on the filter icon (looks like a funnel) beside that field, and in the top box entitled "Value (BTC)  ==  _____", enter 52451 and then press the "+" symbol to add the filter to the search results. This left me with two transactions:

The field under the "Value (BTC)  ==  _____", which looks like "_____  <=  Value(BTC)  <=  _____" allows you to set a range. So if you put 1,000 in the first box and 5,000 in the second, it would filter all unconfirmed outputs with a value between 1,000 and 5,000 sats. You can also choose to add or remove fields from being displayed by checking or unchecking the first box, or choose to sort by any field (descending or ascending) by selecting the circles with the down or up arrows, respectively.

From the main menu on the first screen, you can also search and filter blocks, confirmed transactions, confirmed outputs, and addresses, as well as unconfirmed transactions and outputs still in the mempool.

That address has only one incoming transaction for 0.00052451 BTC, which is several days old and is long confirmed. If you are trying to send this money out to another address, then the problem is as I said above - you have only saved the transaction locally and not actually broadcast it to the network. Here is how to resolve this:

Open your wallet in Electrum
Go to the "History" tab
Double click on the saved transaction, which will be called "Local [xxx.x sat/b]"
Click on the button "Sign" at the bottom right, and enter your wallet password when prompted if you have one set up
Click on the button "Broadcast" at the bottom right

Can you open your Electrum wallet again, and take a look at the title bar of the window it is open in. It will say "Electrum 4.0.9 - YourWalletName", followed by some words inside square brackets [like this]. What words are inside those brackets? Does it say standard, does it say watching only, or does it say something else?

Do you see the transaction saved as "Local" like I said you might? When you double click on the transaction, what do you see in the top box titled "Transaction ID"? Can you paste the Transaction ID here if you have one?

From the looks of it it seems you're dealing with a multisignature wallet (Status: Partially signed (1/2)). This means that you will have to sign the transaction using the other wallet file that is associated with that address/wallet. Have you checked out the official Electrum Guide for Multisig wallets? -> https://electrum.readthedocs.io/en/latest/multisig.html . In your case look for the section named Spending.

Also, could you also provide us information regarding what text does it appear on your header near Electrum? While the main issue might have been discovered (as far as I can tell) it does help also knowing the current status of your wallet. As o_e_l_e_o said:

Yep, perhaps you don't remember, but you've created a 2FA wallet that basically means you are only able to move funds when certain criterias are met. As per HCP said here[1]:

No... they don't have your bitcoins if you have a 2fa wallet and they only have your password.

The 2fa wallet in Electrum is a special kind of "2-of-3 MultiSig" wallet... There are THREE master private keys that make up this wallet...

- Key #1 is stored (protected by the password, if any) within your Electrum wallet file
- Key #2 is NOT stored anywhere, but is able to be generated from your 12 word "seed mnemonic" only (used for "emergency" recovery, ie. TrustedCoin offline, lost authenticator etc.)
- Key #3 is stored with TrustedCoin on their server

The private key you see when you right click on your address in 2fa wallet is one of the private keys generated from Key #1... but without Key #2 and Key #3, there is no way for the thief to actually get your coins. They don't have access to Key #2 as it is "hidden", and TrustedCoin won't sign with Key #3 without the 2fa code, so they've only got 1 key... and your 2-of-3 MultiSig requires at least 2! Smiley


However, if someone has your 12 word "seed mnemonic"... they can restore the wallet, and DISABLE 2FA... this will put both Key #1 AND Key #2 in your wallet file... and they'll be able to self-sign transactions without 2fa.

This is why the requirements for getting coins out of a 2fa wallet are:

1. The wallet file, wallet password (if any) and 2fa authenticator code
OR
2. The 12 word seed mnemonic

So if you have the 12 word seed mnemonic you can basically do the following:
1. Save the partially signed transaction to a file  using the option "Save" that appears in this window:

2. Restore the second wallet associated with this 2FA wallet. You could follow this guide for that -> https://bitcoinelectrum.com/how-to-recover-access-to-the-bitcoins-in-your-2fa-wallet/
3. Once you got the access established just load the file into the new wallet (using Tools -> Load transaction -> from file) and Sign in.

For sure you have these informations since the last transaction took place at 20/11/2020.

What do you mean by saying "I do this" mate? If you did what we instructed you then you would be able to sign the transaction on the second wallet and your funds would be processed. Have you made the steps mentioned in the previous post?

So, the reason the transaction is not broadcasting is because you have 2FA wallet and you have only signed the transaction with your own key. You still need the second signature from TrustedCoin to be able to broadcast this transaction. You should have an authenticator app you set up when you first set up this wallet, yes? If you do, then what I would suggest is to delete this transaction (right click on "Local", then click "Remove"), and try to make the transaction again from scratch. You should get a pop up window asking for your authenticator code. Enter it and the transaction should sign 2/2, which will allow you to then broadcast it.

If you do not have access to the authenticator you set up, then you will need to restore your wallet from your seed phrase. Open Electrum, create a new wallet, select "Standard wallet", select "I already have a seed", enter your seed phrase, and then when prompted choose the option to disable 2FA. Once you have created this new wallet, create the transaction again from scratch and it should broadcast normally.
