Edit: my original post was totally wrong. Ratimov very well known DT system so he hacked it so pretty good way
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5317072.msg56341798#msg56341798

Someone please tell Ratimov that there is some rules for a flag creation

1. You must link to a topic documenting your specific concerns. Someone visiting your topic should get a clear idea of what this flag is about. The topic must not be self-moderated.

2.

Just to confirm, you are not allowed to create a contract violation flag unless you were personally harmed, correct?

Correct.

Ratimov is DT member and he had created a flag without being personally harmed in a self-moderated topic  Sad

His flag reason:
Quote
Пoчeмy флaг? Дaнный пoльзoвaтeль мoжeт ввoдить в зaблyждeниe

Translate:
Quote
Why flag? This user can be misleading

Correct.
That's for type 2 or type 3 Flags, Ratimov created a type 1 Flag. That's allowed without personally being the victim.

Unfortunately, that is a type 1 flag. I believe I explained to you that the type 2 and 3 flags apply to the situation of having been harmed.
For example, the type 3 flag reads as follows: "X violated a written contract, resulting in damages, in the specific act referenced here. X did not make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred around MONTH YYYY. No previously-created flag covers this same act, unless the flag was created with inaccurate data preventing its acceptance."
If you read the flag Ratimov posted, it's just a typical "high-risk" type 1 flag. Something that's a little more significant than a negative rating.

What that means is that when creating a flag, you should not use a self-moderated topic as reference
The topic he used in the reference link is not self-moderated - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5316729.0

what about violation the rule 1?
The post linked is not self moderated but locked. Iirc, it's not possible to actually create flags with a self moderated thread as the source, cause it would be rejected by the system. Technically, no rule was broken.

Imo, such sensitive threads should not be locked, as that is a form of censorship and accused users should be allowed to defend themselves. Also, it allows other users consider all sides and choose whether to support or oppose the flag.

Hm. Context matters here, though. I would argue that the intent of the rule is to prevent one-sided discussion. Locking a thread after one exchange is definitely something that falls under that category: I'm not sure what the translated content says but there should always  be open discourse in a flag thread to prevent abuse from any party.

Clear.
Admin make a rule that thread must not be moderated by OP. Admin even took technical steps to prevent self-moderated topic as reference. But someone still found a way to hack this rule because admin forgot to hide the button "lock topic" (from a reference thread) Grin

I also want to note that in the Russian locale, the user Excimer hung me a flag based on plagiarism. And the topic is just self-moderated, and in this topic the OP deleted all my posts, but for some reason

Conclusion: ~DefaultTrust is an ordinary hypocrite who created this topic not because he is outraged at how topics with flags are created, but only because I hung this flag.

Ref: hypocrite [en] = лицeмep [ru] = the one who measures faces (verbatim from [ru] to [en])

Of course I'm a hypocrite!
Excimer is not DT member but Ratimov is the DT1 member. It is obvious to me that Ratimov's face is measured quite differently than Excimer's one  Shocked

How many times have I already heard that if the user is not DT, then you can ignore it, all the same, his actions do not mean anything.

If this worked, then we would not see red tags on non-DT members for flag and trust abuse.

You right. This is not working. Because some of DT-users are same stupid idiots as you. DT is a mafia with conspiracy and shameless sentences. Everyone knows about it, but not many people talk about it out loud.

You are a member of this mafia but Excimer is not. Is it clear now, why I wrote about you and not about him?

So far, you are an idiot here, because without understanding, you scribbled a useless topic. : D

The post above was sponsored by pedofiles and narkobarons. Chipmixer, stop flooding up this topic!

I only post facts here: Instead of playing by the rules, you look for loopholes. Can you be trusted you after that? Let your mafioso friends decide.

And yes, you said that I was in ignore, and you yourself communicate with me perfectly throughout the forum. Is this how the ignore function works for us? Clown, you've already been lying to the fullest.

And yes you are in my ignore list as a well known shitposter but it is not in my rules to ignore messages in the topic where I am an OP.

This is not thread about me. But about Ratimov's hack of the DT system. If someone needs talk with me about me then welcome to Russian local section. Because there are many more words in Russian that can be used to tell an idiot how to get to the hospital.

Ah, are you another envious and petty hater Chipmixer? Well, would say right away.
Looks like you got removed from the Chipmixer campaign if I'm looking at the spreadsheet right.  What's up with that?  Did all of these allegations catch up with you or was it something else?

At least you made it 20 weeks in the campaign, but I'm curious as to why you got dropped.

Yeah, your point is taken; you don't need to keep repeating it (and it's just as stupid as blaming bitcoin for being a tool of terrorists, pedos, and drug dealers).

Umm guys..
We have a complete newb on DT1, who has been kicked from his sig camp for basically sig spamming/merit farming through the deceptive use of google translate (bordering on outright plagiarism), is throwing out shit negative ratings of nothing but personal insults for many of those who speak of it, shit positive ratings, and leaving retaliatory exclusions for basically anyone who says anything or excludes him..

Maybe it’s time for some ~Ratimov action ya think???

who has been kicked from his sig camp

where did you see that? he received payment, is still on the CM spreadsheet, and he sure hasn't mentioned that.

you might want to take a look at your own trust list before telling others what they should do with theirs -- you've been including the wrong Cobra for several months. I don't understand why you would even want to add the right Cobra as they never used the trust system.

[offtopic_mode]
I intend to repeat this whenever someone writes offtopic just to get paid from drug dealers and pedophiles. Chipmixer is not my employer. I am free to write whatever I think about it
[\offtopic_mode]

Forgive me Ratimov, I didn’t want to take your earnings away. I hope you don't starve to death just because pedophiles and drug dealers are stopped paying you?
This topic was created as only a way to discuss the imperfection of the forum engine. You found this bug and took advantage of it, and I found it and just told everyone about this.
