Ban Faper Account - explanation

Hello,
I am writing this post because bitcointalk tech support asked me to write here in order to possibly unlock my account.
So, my account has been banned for that post:

I am giving an explanation of my post here:
I meant that he should be careful about such messages, because I myself received several such offers. Later I contacted him and I explained to him.


I think that a user like me, who has posted mostly "WTB" posts here for almost 4 years, is not harmful here, just like scammers who create new accounts every now and then and scamm again or people who sell their bitcointalk accounts.

You got tagged for that post, and not banned. Also, I don't buy your explanation as I don't know who could understand "i can got amazon.de account's with stolen credit card put on it. I can sell you this account's for 30$" as " Be careful of such messages". Plain and simple, you advertised sale of accounts with stolen credit cards.

There must have been a special manipulation because, from what I can see, he is indeed banned.

I don't think it is good for the forum for people to be using the forum as a means to commit fraud. It gives both the forum and bitcoin a bad name.

I can send you our deals with people from there and also our company details. Because we are full legal.

In addition, on my banned account I have one transaction open with a user with whom I have contact only through the forum. The seller sends me the keys to the various sites first, and I send him the money when the sum is bigger. At this point, I have no way to pay him for the keys he delivered because the contact was broken by banning my account.

For almost 2 years I only publish "bumpy" under my WTB threads. Because the forum is for finding new business partners. I think my person here is non-toxic like the other scammers here who try to cheat me every day.

as far as I know, posts you deleted on your own do not get counted on bpip. if you checked the bpip again you'll see that it says "Posts deleted by moderators" it means posts of yours that were deleted by moderators only and not by you and the moderators.

You are not banned I guess, because it shows your account was locked for security reasons on the screenshot you provided.



And more over scams are not moderated here so even if you commit fraud or shady activity you will get red tag and flags not the ban.And I guess you tried to use forgot password or something which resulted into lock (correct me guys if I am wrong).

So, you are a legit company that sells and buys other people's Amazon/Paypal accounts and stolen credit cards? That's a wonderful business model. Is your company publicly listed on the stock exchange? I am sure investors would be willing to invest in such legit projects.

Just contact him from your new account and tell him you can do legit business from that account from now on. Unless it also gets banned. You are banned for providing, selling, and buying goods that are stolen, carded, or otherwise illegally obtained. Chances are that this account will (and should) be banned as well.

Exactly. This forum was designed for credit card and banking scams and discussing the best ways to do it. Yep. Sometimes we mention bitcoin as well, but it has less importance. I don't see how you could be seen as non-toxic either. I mean it's not like you provide illegit services of any kind. theymos is so unfair

You wouldn't be able to log in because even your IP address (as I guess) is also banned from accessing the forum. Is that right? Or you are able to access it without using other IP add?

Usually creating new account is considered as ban evasion, and it is not allowed. Are you sure you've been told by a forum tech support to create one and explain yourself?
