Youre probably overclocking too much, try reducing mem or increasing core

Some details are still missing, what Algorithm are you mining? What type of gpu ate you using? If you overclock that can be the issue, try resetting back to factory clock and try again if that solves the problem

what gpu are you use, assuming polaris here if overclocked memory to much or using bios mod this will happen, try tuning with base bios with memory timing, try lowering memory speed and watch for stability for 24hrs,

I hope you haven't been operating your gpu at a high temp all this while? This makes me remember a old HD6970 I used to own in 2017, I don't watch the temp when mining and later i saw it's over 70°C and the memory start giving error even when trying to launch a lite PC game I will get a memory error

Too much of overclocking that bring this error and also high temp may have make the memory chips loose, you might need to resit the chips with a heater, you can find such videos on youtube, I followed one in 2018 and I revive a faulty GTX750 ti
