cryptory scam? I withdrawal 10.1262 btc from 20th March but receive nothing!

hello,
I invested 10 btc in cryptory.com , and withdrawal 10.1262 at 20th March.
But receive nothing until now!
I opened a ticket in cryptory, the admin just tell me it's blockchain issue
as they have already sented it to me by shared send.
