Thirdly, I checked the highroller tab and it seems that you have some high rollers already who bet over $100 worth of TRX but I see there is something strange for me as shown on below image:



Marked bet shows that the user bet 1000 TRX and get 2.25x multiplier but how can his payout is Zero?
Other strange thing is under the rare win tab as we can see https://prnt.sc/zzds94 there we can see many zero bets but the payout is something impossible.
Forth, I see you have "Races" but it is like a challenge instead of Races as most other sites uses this word for wagering contest.
Your current "Race" is to hit 100x on dice game with a minimum bet of 0.0001btc but shockingly you offers 0.00111btc only as the prize. Do you think it is attractive enough to gain interest?
Last but not least, I have to say that the script/software you bought is still full of bugs (it can be minor bugs or even major bugs that may make you lose money) so I suggest you to talk to the developer of the script/software.

true . not a normal race but this can be their own diffenition of race because bettors need to act fast to hit the given multiplier to win  . it was race somehow

We also have let about 400 people who signed up test the site for the last two weeks or so with withdrawable balances they got from trivia, earn section, and our promo codes. Most of the players played for fun but some of them found bugs and abused it for massive wins. This is why the highrollers page has all these $100+ bets already.

And yes it’s a visual thing if it shows someone getting a 2x multiplier with a 0 payout. That just means they got to that multiplier before losing

I would not trust it sending my coins for now and I want to see some explanation from their team.

IMO, this is was a critical point your casino still not ready for all of the high rollers, and with your response seeing this from prospective customer will really scare when someone uses an important bug to win big and drain the wallets make the balance out of fund so other players who have real balance will lose if you cannot guarantee the security.

Better, to close the casino first until all the bug was fixed.
