Author Topic: Poloniex $zec $zcash deposit problem! The transaction approved for 3 days is not  (Read 78 times)

Hi,

Poloniex $Zcash $zec does not reflect my transfers to my account. I made 6 transfers using a single transaction ID on "February 15, 2021".
Total 200-300 $Zcash $zec . And 6 tracks. Only 1 of them was reflected in my account. The amount they deposit to my account is 2 Zec.

I emailed the same day evening and the problem is still not resolved. The interested customer representative constantly asks me for the transaction ID.

It says I have a lot of zec login information on my account, it says it might be one of them. Officially ridiculed. I have sent pictures many times, sent tx but still they keep asking me for ID. This is more than a shame for Poloniex.

I added my id and transaction history. I also marked that only $ 2 zec that matches the id and is credited to my account.

Nobody can help you here except poloniex exchange where you have lost your fund. In these cases, the binance is the best, Once I sent my xlm coin with the wrong memo, after contacting the support team, my xlm was sent back to my wallet. I hope that you will get your funds, but try to use binance exchange their team helps you in case of any problem.

I hope that you will get your funds, but try to use binance exchange their team helps you in case of any problem.

My priority is always binance, but I prefer poloniex for zchash transactions. I have transacted on my offline wallet to poloniex But yes, they are really incredibly bad at support. The reason I raise the subject is just to inform people.

It is a probable synching issue on their end for which even if the transaction got enough confirmations yet, the amount isn't reflecting on your wallet/account.

Wait for them to verify for those transactions and that's why they are asking the TXID. It really sucks that it could only be the support that answered you has limited access to their system and is only assigned to answer query and, has to pass your concern to the other department that holds transaction.

I thought so, too. But it still didn't work. It's been 2 days since my last email. They don't even answer

I thought so, too. But it still didn't work. It's been 2 days since my last email. They don't even answer

Sometime its takes very long time so you have to wait with patience because support is also very poor on Poloniex end so just wait when you will able to have your coins in wallet because once I stuck and I have to wait nearly 4 weeks then they give me reply about my issue so now patience is key for you and your fund.

Finally, the missing balance has been added. It almost took 15 days .. I have a 50% loss during this period. A high amount .. I stop using Poloniex.
