Lately, I'm ordering the ledger nano s family pack. I had decided to purchase earlier but for some reason, I couldn’t. Now I'm determined, I'm going to order today. Does someone know whether there is active promo for ledger nano so that I can apply and have little discount? Please let me know if there's any.

There are no active general promotions at the moment (you just missed the Valentine's day one), but Ledger regularly email out discount codes to people who have signed up with their email addresses. If no one here has one they can give you, then their subreddit is a good place to look. Threads asking for discount codes usually get a reply within a few minutes:

I do know that the latest offering (at least from TREZOR) was the Valentines deal, but as you can see it was also posted on that section (Hardware Wallet Valentines deal). This, of course, shouldn't be the only source of information regarding "hardware wallet" deals, but it shouldn't also be forgotten.

Since you're looking at Ledger be warned that the company "indirectly" suffered two data breaches (I say indirectly because it was thought their Shopify). Some threads where this was/is being discussed:

You're just couple days too late for Valentine's day promotion. Ledger are doing various promotions with discounts quite often, so, if you wouldn't need for wallet urgently, you simply can wait.
Or follow link given by @o_e_l_e_o. I wasn't aware that you can get discount codes on their subreddit, so it's probably worth to try.
And before buying Ledger wallet,you should be aware about their database breach. There is links with more information is given, I suggest to check it out.

I believe that the new discount will be around Easter, which is in a little over a month, so if you can wait, maybe you could save approximately 20% -25%, as was the case last year.

No, the total sum for family pack if less comparatively than purchasing 1, are you talking about this? Also in this pack, shipping cost is free as I can see.

No, I'm not waiting anymore. I'm being tempted to order one, I can't risk my holdings for 20-25% anymore

Yes that's right - if you bought a 3 Nano S separately you would pay about $50 more in total, so in this way you make some savings - and also shipping is free.

There is another way you can save money if by any chance you buy devices for one of your family members - namely each Nano S can generate an unlimited number of seeds - so theoretically each member could have its own seed - but it would not be practical to reset device and enter seed every time someone needs it. The solution would be to have one seed, and then create three different accounts by adding a passphrase to each account - so each user would have their own account to access by entering a PIN or unique passphrase on the same device.

It definitely makes sense, especially if you don’t trust your current crypto wallet. But be sure to follow the advice you received regarding the protection of your privacy - if you can avoid ordering devices at your address and use a temporary phone number and e-mail.

It’s not possible here in my country. I have to go directly to the custom and collect the device, I have to pay 130% (approx) of invoice there. I can't hide anything even though crypto isn’t legal here. I have no way but to take the risk as hardware wallet has been mandatory for me now. Thank you for the heads up, anyway.

I would caution against buying a hardware wallet if you are going to have to declare it at customs, show up in person and presumably produce identification and hand over other personal details, and do all of that in a country where bitcoin is illegal. I don't know which country you are based in, but I suspect you are asking for trouble and to have police show up at your door and start confiscating your devices.

If I were in this position, I would look in to using an old computer, laptop, or Raspberry Pi as airgapped, encrypted, cold storage instead. It takes a bit of reading and knowledge to set up safely, but you can do this for less than the price of a hardware wallet (or even for free if you have an old device you can repurpose for this), and it can be just as secure as a hardware wallet.
