Have you tried it again?
given the error mentioned on the explorer Fail with error 'SafeERC20: low-level call failed'
it looks like there is a problem with the smart contract itself instead of yours causing the transaction to be reverted back.
does qubcoins.world still work now? I checked their group and they looked like pretty much dead.

All the link you posted days doesn't exists and etherescan link says that error occured while executing smart contracts but don't know what is the actual problem. Is your metamask wallet having balance or you are having error when withdrawing the staked coins?

Please explain in brief for any actual help!
