Gambling through sportsbooks and casinos seems like a great use case for Bitcoin (and other cryptos) at the moment.

It allows people from countries with strict gambling laws to play with no worry of punishments. It also allows successful gamblers to play without account restrictions placed on them - as they would get at fiat sportsbooks - and a whole host of other benefits.

As this sector is growing fast, I thought I'd write a weekly update about the developments in the crypto sportsbook/casino world.

That is a good use of your blog talking about cryptos and gambling in general.However regarding the second part,Bitcoin mainly and all other related altcoins are already the biggest catalyst for use of these cryptocurrencies.I don’t know yet any larger market for Bitcoin use than the gambling market.

at first i thought this was like a gambling casino review but after reading further i realized that its more of/like a news and updates if what are the ins and outs in the crypto gambling industry . thats nice , not many are doing that. in regards with bitcoin , in my only opinion bitcoin is a good currency for gambling but not the best at the moment because price are increasing again at a whole another level and i expect that fees are gonna follow too . we should give credits to other cryptos aswell .

Yes, good point. There are a few altcoins which have lesser fees. Coins like DASH, LTC, EOS, Tron (etc) are great at the moment. The main sportsbooks are accepting these coins too which is a great move!

There are licensed casinos that do not allow players countries like UK, USA, and Netherlands.
It's true that they allow players to play anonymously but will often ask KYC verification for huge withdrawals or for suspicion of cheating.

How about trading on exchanges or as an investment asset? I would rank that higher than the gambling market. The third would probably be Pornhub hehehe.

It would be one of the main ones.

There are a lot of cryptocurrencies that are known by a lot of users, not because of the feature they have but because they are mainly used in gambling or betting. In terms of Bitcoin, with the price having a great run this year, many investors/companies are getting their hands on the main cryptocurrency mainly because of the profit they could get in the near future.

I enjoyed the betting part of your weekly blog, I still can't forget that week when the some of the Europa league teams had to play two games within like 5 days and most of them ended up dropping points on their domestic league as if they were cursed.

As swogerino mentioned it already is one and I agree since a lot of bitcoin casinos are pulling insane numbers and we've seen others are trying to join in on Bitcoin as well.

the idea is very good since this is a market that moves a lot of money and has thousands of people without a doubt that if you can post news related to betting sites like promotions and some other things that they add and also be able to post the news about the casinos you will be able to get more referral through your referral link if you put a referral link, somehow your site must be profitable to offset the costs and your work will be rewarding

Now I’ll talk about an important point:

I suggest you constantly check this section:  Scam Accusations

make sure that each site you review will have no problems and if you have any problems you can put something like:

"be careful, this site currently has problem X, use it carefully"

in most cases are the fault of the customers, but there are also cases where the gambling sites and casinos are to blame and use TOS to manage to avoid this fault and it is difficult to solve the problem so you have to at least warn people.

Not really! Casinos and sportsbook restricts people where such gambling activities are restricted so if you are using IP address from banned countries you maybe able to deposit and place bet but you will stuck while withdrawal and to prove this lots of threads available on Bitcointalk itself.

You can bypass the restrictions by using VPN while you are still putting your money under risk so make sure user need to read their terms before the violation to avoid loss of money.

Gambling is growing more and more day by day so I think bitcoin will become a major role in all fields, especially in gambling, we know gambling with bitcoin can be said to be a large amount and this will make the development of bitcoin more and more used about gambling is one that is use becomes common in this time of pandemic some areas have laws in effect but under the auspices of all of them there must be a big advantage therefore there will be a bigger adoption especially in other cryptos.

for new people in crypto, the first impression of Bitcoin is just a coin for gambling. it's true that bitcoin and other altcoins had grown huge because of the casino that accepts them. there are however restrictions to all these. not all users can just gamble freely. in fact there are many bitcoin casinos today that require KYC and there are countries that are restricted too.

Gambling is continuously growing today also this is the preferred game of the people having homesickness in the real world of gambling which is casinos this is their pastime. I disagree a bit. Crypto and crypto gambling isn't a safe haven for people to gamble where gambling is illegal. It can actually make the experience worse if the country and government are anti-crypto, then it makes the situation more dangerous since it's like unregulated gambling which is a more serious concern. However, I have to agree that crypto has enabled most users to play games with ease and without much complications and made the gambling industry fun and hassle free!

I agree that gambling is a very good use case for cryptocurrencies. However, with recent spikes in Bitcoin fees, it's also a challenge for them because who'd pay the same fees at the deposit or withdrawal amount?
As for avoiding punishments, I don't think that's what cryptos are for. And crypto casinos also often have their own restricted areas and stuff, so playing from a restricted jurisdiction is not a good idea.
As for your website, I think it's interesting info that you're sharing there, there were things I didn't hear about there.

Aside on just simply advertising out your link then when it comes to this question about crypto gambling then we can really compare on how it becomes big
until this very moment compared back into the past and basing or looking at on the current numbers of gambling sites are evident that this industry
does really have a demand and with those kind of characteristics or benefit on what crypto gambling could give which really sparks out interest even more.
It is true that we can play freely without being caught once we are restricted and there are no restrictions or whatsoever.

Nah, the main catalyst now is institutional adoption! We are talking real money poured into the bitcoin market by most of the wealthiest conglomerates of the world. Yeah, maybe gambling is a small niche which started since crypto day 1 but I do not see it the main driver for a further widespread adoption. my two sats ate least.

it already is(at least in my opinion). online casinos that used to not accept BTC has now started accepting it as a payment option and more online casinos more likely to follow as this implementation of casinos accepting bitcoin grows so is the exposure of bitcoin and cryptocurrency and will likely lead to more adoption. recently I read a thread on this board about bitcoin now being able to be used on slot machines with this progress it is most likely that adoption of bitcoin on physical casinos will also spread just like what happened on online casinos.

just curious, will you add more gambling sites that have sport betting on your sportsbook reviews? there are other gambling sites that are active in the forum that has a fair good reputation that isn't on your list you might want to check it out to increase your list.

Bitcoins is getting adopted more but I do not think that Gambling is the main reason. It is a very big contributor but the main reason: NO
The main reason I do think is the : Financial freedom that people are looking for.

Other than that I do think that there are laws in many places which bans people to even use things like sports book and other online casinos and due to KYC it's easy to track and therefore if you're reading this article and thinking about somehow jumping off from the governmental eye I would advise you to try and see what's the gambling law in your country and that too *in depth*.

I honestly think that sports book might be something good for a lot of people but for me I do try and skip the middle man whenever am playing because if you do have the choice then why not ? You won't have to pay extra commission too.

It is undeniable that before it was the gambling sector, the crypto casinos are one of the main reasons why the massive adoption is happening. But it's different this time and it's the institutions that are having the FOMO of buying bitcoin. As we look to the prices right now, it's one of the highest again, the $55k has been reached surprisingly and didn't expected to be that fast. The tweet of bitcasino purchasing Tesla, I hope that it will be granted by Elon Musk. That's going to be one of the best deals ever that we're going to see in the history if it happens.

Yes, as bitcoin becomes more popular crypto gambling popularity increases as well. Gamblers are open to new playing alternatives and crypto currency seems to fit their preferences very well. Blockchain allows gamblers to play safely, anonymously (at the casinos at least) while being at any place in the world which offers internet connection.
