If look at new and old gambling sites using Bitcoin as a payment method, it can be said that. For now, gambling sites are the main ones in rapidly adopting Bitcoin, very different from other businesses that have not or are doubt to use BTC, maybe the reason why many gambling sites accept BTC or crypto because can make players safe because don't need to reveal their personal identity when use it.

I was once told of a murder of someone who was a gambling addict who owed so much money that there is no way that that person could pay it. crypto gambling website allows us to register and play from a restricted country. but when it comes to withdrawing a big amount of money, some gambling companies need to double-check their user.

bitcoin had been a medium for restricted or illegal transactions for a long time. I believe this is very segmented to some people/community only. IMO, e-commerce, marketplace, or payment gateway/service, might be the main catalyst for bitcoin to be widely adopted.

Bitcoin should be the innovation of online gambling but when you think about the withdrawal fees, it will just hurt you so bad.
$20-50 converted in different gambling website. That could have been a one day bet for some gamblers.
I'd rather stick with Ethereum or if there is another option like XRP I might choose that.
It had been always the exit which is the main problem. It's just too expensive.

Not really. If your country does not allow gambling, that means you are not also allowed to play on gambling sites. Your country will probably be listed among those which are considered restricted countries. If you are to violate your country's and the gambling site's policy, then you should be worrying about punishments.

Once you are discovered to be doing something illegal by your country, you will be punished. And once the site will discover that you are playing from one of its restricted countries, then your account might be blocked and your funds frozen.

It is not bad to test but look at all the issues with established gambling website on the Scam Accusations board. A lot of the users is having problem with the gambling websites that they are playing in, you know of the saying about being good at first but the longer you know the worse it becomes.

Something like a sportsbook weekly update? Looks kinda nice. Might want to create a megathread for weekly updates instead? It isn't a catalyst, but it is definitely one of the leading industries when it comes to adoption. A catalyst imo would be something that anyone would regularly use, an industry that is accepted and is legal in all countries, unlike gambling which is illegal in some. The opposite could happen though, with instead of casino helping Bitcoin, it'd be Bitcoin helping casinos instead in spreading their industry. Just the crypto-based casinos are enough to be called one for instance.

Sorry but I can't understand how does it works , Because seemingly the Country's law is applicable in all gambling violators and i don't see any reason how would someone from that country can be freely play with your help.

No one forces anyone to play gambling. It is our own free will to play and to take the risk, luck and earn profit by means of gambling. Yes. I believe that many people actually avoiding gambling because of the fact that they are not into it or they have something or other ways to earn money and make some profits. I, personally didn't active weekly in gambling because of the incident that I experienced last time. I didn't able to control myself and I end up loosing all of my funds yet that was a lesson for me that I need to be more careful next time and learn to control myself in every situation. Bitcoin is one of the most gamble coin right now, and I think and agree that we must know what truly it is and how gambling works.

I think on the neutral part and gambling with bitcoin has been years already and afaik it could be a two edged sword considering both gambling and crypto are too risky some people might be skeptical on both. The catalyst Bitcoin is waiting isn't in gambling sector but more of the use case of the underlying technology behind it by many sectors in the industry, just my two cents.

It can be avoided by playing gambling at the recommended, trusty, and have a reputation gambling site to prevent that thing. As long as a gambler can know about that, they will be okay and will not get any problem. That will be the problem for a gambling addict to solve their issues as they must know that playing gambling can make them addicted. They should not become addicted and always take care of themselves by managing their money. The cryptocurrency gives a chance to make a gambling business grow, especially for a crypto gambling site.

Not really. However, there is a few percentage to it contribution. Even though there are many betting and gambling online platforms, setting up and implementing Bitcoin as payment methods, it's just so because the use of Bitcoin has made online payments easier.
Over the years, we can see that the growth of Bitcoin is from different adoption and awareness and not specifically the gambling industry.

Bitcoin is mainly used now as a store of value, so you might find that only a few people will actually try and use bitcoin for gambling transactions in that wallet. Of course this may shift in the coming years, especially if bitcoin receives more notice and is adopted by more states and countries to the point that it is on par in terms of daily usage with fiats.
