I have never heard of it. Neither CoinMarketCap nor CoinGecko has it listed in their exchanges overview.

The ANN was created by a known thread bumper (
Cryptoenthusbusa) who has negative trust on this forum. Together with his team, they create fake conversations, hype, and thread bumps for projects. A quality exchange wouldn't need to use the services of people like Cryptoenthusbusa. I would suggest you find better platforms where you can carry out your trading.
