Hi all, thank you for taking the time to read this post, I need some guidance please.

I attempted a FIAT faster payement deposit to Binance yesterday, the request was stuck in "processing" for an entire day and then "failed".

My bank account has not been credited back for the FIAT I attempted to transfer. Embarrassed

Is there a way to raise a ticket with Binance ?  (The site has a support BOT and this is not useful for this situation)  Huh

During the google research I have found the following two resources, but I am concerned these may not be legitimate, as I would expect the below information to be on the website when you are logged in.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Both website are legit. You need to submit a request here:
https://www.binance.com/en/support. I don't know if they still have live support right now but judging on your statement, The problem is on your bank process duration which delays the transaction. I believe they will just tell you to wait or contact your bank account and ask about the status of your transaction.

First of all this thread not belong to here so please move this to here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=223.0

Secondly may be this happening due to weekend because many banks not proceed transactions on weekends if this is not problem then try to contact with your bank support. Is your Binance KYC passed for this fiat transaction because its also must for this.

They have live chat, but it's the slowest I have ever witnessed. Whenever I attempted to use it, my queue position would be above 100 and given that Binance had problems yesterday, I believe the request volumes are so high right now.

Both links that you have mentioned above OP were right and legitimate.

It might be you're not reading their FAQ upon depositing your fund on Binance exchange.  Once it is credited from your account, it means it's already processed and you need to wait for office hours or office days since IDK if most banks will process transactions even on weekends.  That's why I hate Bank transactions, it always needs office hours.

It might this your problem, just patiently wait for it and don't worry if you had properly transacted it to Binance, that is safe Binance is a very reputable exchange.

Thank you all for your responses, it has been very helpful.

I have done the following

1) Raised a ticket with Binance
2) Raised a query with my bank, but the relevant team who can assist only work during the weekdays.

Thirdly wait until next week to see if it is a transaction issue as it is a weekend and see if it rectifies itself during the week.

Would you mind letting us know from which country you belong ? Did you previously transferred money to your bank from binance.
I hope crypto is not illegal in your country as then it could create more complications for you. I will keep an eye on this thread to see the outcome of this issue and how binance response to this situation.
