Lots of people, who do not know about Bitcoin when they are going to search option on twitter and see a hashtag is trending by the name of Bitcoin. It is ofcourse good we had :
1. High demand low supply
2. Investments by Tesla
3. More institutional investors piling up
4. Good mutualistic effect of ETH and BTC
5. Trading and P2P hitting high
6. Pandemic !
7. Banks collapsing , nowhere to run
8. Bitcoins providing jobs to the people
9. International transactions easier with Bitcoins now
10. New platforms emerging like loan bots and all
11. A lot of crypto gambling sites getting a green light from the government.
I can keep writing!! There are a lot of reasons. One good thing that came out of the pandemic was people getting to know how they need Financial freedom and stability , how they need something other then the banks and the stocks. I do believe we will reach even higher heights soon..

Think about us growth. How long from it's birth to 2020 It went to 5,000. Within 3/4 Of one year it hit 50K. They estimate within 2 Years it will be at (If not surpass) 1M!
Gold has a market cap of around 11 trillion. & gold has been a store of value for what, like 2/3 thousand years or something right? so 21 trillion is way too far. not impossibe though, maybe in 10 years

I’ve been looking around trying to find a disclosure of how the trends are calculated, but it seems pretty obscure. 1M tweets on Bitcoin may be a lot, or not as much as one might figure.
Ideally, the figure would be relativized against other tweets, to get a relative comparable number (a bit like what we see here: https://trends24.in/), and we’ll also have a timeframe (i.e. the 1M is in what period of time).  Without at least some information that allows us to comprehend the variable, the number of Tweets in the trend is not easy to interpret on its own, as it lacks the context for its comprehension.

Another possibility is to see the evolution of the number over period of time (i.e. daily). That would allow us to see how the number evolves over time to some degree.

Every time I see trending bitcoin on Twitter it is always because of good news.
We are lucky because we believed in bitcoin at all times. Now it is up to the big investors to play a good role so that bitcoin is the most important digital asset.
Soon we will be able to see the scope that bitcoin will have in industry, real estate and technology.

Well, it means that bitcoin were spreading consistently while it grows from time to time. Bitcoin might be recognized by plenty countries in no time and used as the no.1 digital currency in the world.

Matter of fact, people who criticize bitcoin also would be using the tag #bitcoin for criticizing it. So the 1 million tweets should not necessarily be considered as an achievement.
Yes, it is still noteworthy but we should know that not all those tweets would be in favor of bitcoin.

But yeah, the community is growing and it is stronger than ever. I can only see it grow bigger and bigger in near future.

I think news has connection, it was news and more that helped in my research, but their are news, and fake news, but I don't know if am the only one, but news on social media like Twitter are like popularity stunting, and what's trending is always smoking hot on those apps, so Bitcoin was means to be trending on Twitter.

It's not a surprise that Bitcoin reached a million twits mark on Twitter. Bitcoin is really hot for the last few months so it's obvious almost everyone has already heard or mentioned something about Bitcoin at least once. Social media is an amazing tool to increase the popularity of anything and create a great community of like-minded people.
Imagine that we have 1 whole million tweets only on Twitter. What about other social networks? What about such countries like China that have their own networks? Recently I've found out that my nephew discusses different topics about Bitcoin with his friends at school and he's only 12 now. It's great to know that Bitcoin interested people from different countries of different ages and kinds of activity. It's gathering us and that's awesome!

It's a good thing to see bitcoin always trending on so many platforms because it would help for the market price to pump and a lot of people would know what is bitcoin. A lot of people are interested these days in investing in cryptocurrency because of so many trending poses about bitcoin or something like becoming a millionaire when it comes to bitcoin. I notice that a lot of people are  already tried investing in cryptocurrency and today is different because a lot of people could easily invest using just their phone application in some exchanges like crypto.com or binance.

those are just reference numbers, if we consider different variables, we will see different figures as well. what this tells is that, bitcoin is now being recognised by many people around the world. with simple tweet, some of these noncrypto users may find themselves searching how to get involved with it.
if nothing else, this kind of socmed promotion will drive adoption to some people. and right now, you can educate yourself by lurking around the net and read tons of related info

I can see bitcoin catching up like a virus. The fact that it is trending signifies that more and more people are getting hooked all over the world. Its price is getting crazier and wilder so it's no wonder that bitcoin is spreading like a wildfire. So glad I have been holding all my bitcoins and will continue to hold on as I believe it will continue to increase to 6 figures in just a matter of time.
