Untrusted feedback on bitcointalk.org?

Sorry for asking here but this is pretty much the only forum I use on this site.  Does anyone know if you can get fraudulent Untrusted feedback removed?
  
It looks like I still have fraudulent negative feedback from the Woodcollector scam and from OGNasty abusing the trust system.

Also, if anyone I've done business with can step up and attest to their experiences that would be great.

Hellot was trying to assist a user in scamming using my escrow. He threatened me via PM and my feedback is very much warranted. I’m not sure what he’s trying to accomplish here, but I stand by the fact that I don’t trust Hellot as a result of his behavior and continuing to cast blame at me for his behavior instead of taking responsibility shows that he hasn’t changed at all. I believe trading with him is a risk, unless you are selling him an item and receiving payment up front.

I responded to a Scam Accusation thread against you and tried to get to the bottom of the truth which is the entire point of that forum.  And the only reason I did so was because a prominent member(you) of our collectibles community was being accused and I wanted to get to the bottom of it.  In that process I also saw a way to help and alleviate any risk for you who was being attacked at the time.  I offered to cover you for the amount in question.  You did not explore this option at all, you didn't ask for the Bitcoin and so you have no evidence whatsoever that I was not being genuine.  Through the process of discovery in the Scam Accusation thread against you, you knowingly sent customer funds back to an address the customer was screaming they were not in control of.  It was a Coinbase.com output address.  You believed them enough to issue a refund but not enough to hold back on refunding to an address they repeatedly said they did not control.  You did not look out for your customer and may have even been malicious and I left honest feedback in your Trust with my assessment based on that interaction and your actions.

That is your customer bringing the accusation and me both trying to help and find the truth of the accusation.  You fucked up, I left negative feedback for your fuckup and then you left me retaliatory feedback you cannot prove and have no evidence for.  I then left an addition feedback calling you out on your abuse of the trust system.  To this day you refuse to take any responsiblity and continue to make accusations you cannot prove.

Nothing I said was untrue and it is all documented in the Scam Accusation thread and your PMs with me.  Post them!  Absolutely zero of what you accuse in your negative trust and your response here is something you have any evidence of.  You accuse me of being affiliated with the person who brought the Scam Accusation with ZERO proof!

The only thing I am guilty of is responding to and weighing in on a Scam Accusation against OgNasty and also trying to help.

EDIT: another thing to note is that I also left negative feedback for the accuser in the Scam Accusation thread because they also abused the Trust system by leaving me unwarranted negative feedback.  They eventually removed that feedback but I did not remove mine because their negative feedback was warranted.

Regardless of what you've been accused of doing, you've accomplished what you've set out to achieve.  One DT1 user's vote has cancelled out the other DT1's positive/negative DT Trust by pitting them against each-other unnecessarily enabling you to return to DT2 (0).

I give a fuck, since OG still claims I'm a pedophile, have mental illnesses, wants to get me help, and is sitting on a million dollars of donated coins he couldn't spend on solar panels. 

@Hellot - since you now have a weaker experience of what I went through, would you be interested in managing my collectible?  I need someone that is not part of the internal gang here.

OK seems I have lost a track a bit. ( so far I was thinking ognasty already told you he sent the refund back but to uknown address )

Lets sum it.
- isoneguy sent BTC to ognasty ( from coinbase ).
- trade failed so isoneguy requested to return BTCs
- but isoneguy did not wanted to be refunded to sending address (coinbase)
- ognasty haven't send any refund yet as he has not received any signed message from sending address (which is impossible if it was coinbase)


My impresion is ognasty just strictly following his rule nr. 2 which I appreciate.

That means the mistake definitely happened on isoneguy side as he used third party walllet provider (without access to private key) not being aware of escow rules (again isoneguys mistake)

OP may have as firm a grasp of escrow as he does subforums..

Some points that you are not aware of or are ignoring.  OgNasty did not inform the customer of his rules, he did not have them linked in his signature and as a result the customers expectations were not in line with his rules.  If you are running an escrow service it is on you to ensure that your rules are known.  It's as simple as stating such and linking to your rules.  His customer did not know that OgNasty would only refund to the address he received from.  I'll acknowledge his customer was not easy to deal with.  I acknowledged it in the scam accusation thread and I had to go back and forth with him over his abuse of the trust system.  At no point have I said or implied that the customer does not bare any responsibility.  But when you look at it objectively you see the following things.

- OgNasty did not make his rules known and he did not ask the customer if they knew his escrow rules before doing business.
- OgNasty knowingly refunded to an address the customer said they did not control and relied on his rules as an excuse even though he made no effort to inform his customer of his rules.
- OgNasty didn't make any effort to find another solution to his customers issues.  Instead as best I can tell he antagonized his own customer.
- OgNasty made accusations against me for which he has no proof yet he submits them as if they were facts.

In the end OgNasty ran a shit service and punished both his customer for his own laziness and punished me for honestly evaluating the scam accusation.  In addition he accused me of things he has no evidence for and put those accusations in writing.  I put nothing in writing that cannot be corroborated in the Scam Accusation thread.

I got a negative from a guy once that hated him, I'm pretty sure he ignored my past PM's asking to resolve it due to historical association with OG.
At the time I was a little naïve, I may have been persistent and annoying or something but I've never overstepped any line's with the veterans here.
I guess that once someone has their mind set ,it's impossible for a paradigm to shift.
A guy defaulted on an auction and I red tagged him , I told him if he paid the auction I would remove his bad feedback.
(It was interpreted as selling feedback though.)
I got a redtag over it from DT1,Feedback said and I quote    Selling trust. You should probably ignore this profile's sent feedback. so my redtag was taken with a grain of salt like yours will be now days from OG.  Turns out the guy I left the feedback on was a massive scammer and scammed other members too because my negative feedback I received took me from DT and hid it so people didn't weight it much.  
Sometimes life's not fair, maybe I've lost business over it? Maybe people avoid me due to it? Overall I've maintained my values and account with the paltering feedback.

Came back to edit that in , time stamps and everything tell an apauling  story about the "feedback" system.
