Looking for advice how to sell Cascascius 1 and 5 BTC funded in Aus

Based in Melbourne, Australia and putting some feelers out about what the best way would be to sell funded Casascius physical coins as well as what they might be worth. I'm not looking to ship overseas with everything going on at the moment and also as a result of that they'll be staying ungraded for now. Happy to provide higher-resolution images to interested parties on request. They've been in those cases since day 1 so still in good condition. Looking to sell for AUD. Mainly looking to sell the 1 BTC at this point in time. General words of advice/caution very welcome.

What premium are you thinking on the 1? I will make the drive once everything opens up again if the price is right.

there are a few lolstralians in this group, no doubt someone will register their interest with you for a f2f. happy to broker something if you need a trusted party but i dont travel down to mexican territory, get on the beers

I believe premiums used to be 1.5-1.7x but I understand that's come down. Maybe something like 1.3x?

south of the border, mexicans been doing too many hook turns mate!

premiums are basically nothing atm, its the worst time to sell. you will be lucky to get 1.05 on the 1 but you may get a good offer on the 5 as they are pretty rare, still with btc high you wont get a good premium.

i recommend putting them away until premiums return 5-10 years. happy to escrow and have shipped many international packes so can help if you find the right buyer or find someone who's interested.

Ah bummer. I'd heard they'd dropped but I didn't realised how much. Considering they've got all the forks attached I think I'll just peel maybe.

The 5 is worth holding on to or trying to get a buyer. They are pretty rare, and somewhat sort after, there was a thread 6 months back of someone looking for one and not being able to find it. But yeah, random 1BTC Cas are not getting very big premiums right now.
