Let's start discussing the latest news with the updates if possible... I live in Turkey and there is no update that I can reach for now.. After the peak about 10 hours ago, XRP is going down. Should I keep and buy more at a lower price or should I let it go?

ps:

- Unfortunately, I have fired because of that covid **** 5 weeks ago and I m trying to survive with my compensation until I got a new job.
- I am not talking about thousands of $ for buying.

Please let me know your thoughts about the expectations in the future like 2-3 weeks in both scenarios positive/negative for Ripple.

It's better if you are seeing the history of crypto project that accused by SEC. You can start to take KIN's case and it's losing against SEC in the court.
I may believe if ripple has a very big chance to lose against SEC in this case. If i were you and then i will try to take another legit project as a better option to invest.
I have some friends that got fired a few months ago and they were using their reserved to trade on crypto and invest on BNB and they are making 6x right now only from their BNB.
Think again before trying to put yourself into the risk

It's better to avoid XRP or any other hype coins like Dogecoin if you are suffering a financial problem because you might loss a lot on investing on this kind due to high volatility and FUD surrounding it. XRP has slim chance to win against SEC and the people that buying now is gambling or being shill by typical XRP army that bought at the bottom price.

Like the above two users pointed out it is better to avoid investing in XRP right now as anything can happen and any negative news will take the market down, the situation is that Ripple is fighting back and they have hired a former SEC chairperson to defend them and it looks like they are moving in the right direction as the former SEC chairperson is a really experienced representative.

Today there are dozens of good and bad news on youtube to private tv talking about trial between XRP vs SEC, everyone is confused about this, some news says xrp goes up and down, The trial is not over yet the decision is not final. Everyone will be confused.

Your question returns to yourself for now, hold it or let go, now you have to have a stand and commitment to the current situation, you have the decision now.

thanks for all of your comments guys. Since Jan 10th, my wallet was consists of XRP, DASH, and DOT. I turned all my coins into XRP on Saturday and today I cached nearly the peak point and sold apprıox 15% profit then I bought again (XRP) lower price... And now I am waiting tomorrow morning.

The decision is your's OP, I dont think if XRP is worth investing as of now, it's very risky and we don't know when it will move.  We saw that there's a recent spike and then, it drastically went down in a matter of hours.  I think you should need to wait for the further good news regarding this coin, it might this good if you intend to invest in a short period of time.

Why do you need to risk on XRP?  As we saw in the market, all altcoins has been dropped the price including Bitcoin, it might a good opportunity to accumulate again since it looks like the recent correction might be refueling again and ready for the skyrocketing of the price.

I highly suggest that you should research a coin before investing on it, if you're income aren't stable do not invest too much on something risk and financial management is needed ,in trading you can be rekt too there's no linear patter in trading there's no coin that will continue to go high without dumping, regarding to XRP maybe you should only buy a bit because the issue is not yet resolved and been forget by many so do not spend all your fortune in XRP.

Holding onto XRP is like expecting a profit amid a dilemma. XRP has 2 factors of risk of experiencing a dump, 1st because it lost against the SEC, 2nd markets will be bearish (I'm seeing the signs now).

You'll do better if you buy bitcoin and or bitcoin. They're at discounted prices today as you can see with the market. I'll also avoid XRP with that active lawsuit.
Whether you see it going well with the lawsuit is there, that's insufficient for me to invest in it. Just spare yourself from that coin and wait until updates become positive, if, you still want to invest in it.

All decision are yours now. You can still trust the potential that exists in XRP as long as the altcoin is profitable for you, but you will only continue to worry about the case of XRP.

If I am in your position, then XRP is not a good choice for me although there is a possibility that they can be free of the case and can trade at a good price. These altcoin just make me anxious and very uncomfortable and make it difficult for me to sleep. rather than continuing to be hit by anxiety about the future of xrp, of course it would be better for us to sell xrp now, especially now that the price of xrp is quite high in the market, until now there has been no recent news that we can get about the extent of the legal process between XRP and the SEC happens, but I personally would prefer to trade xrp for other altcoins nowadays instead of having to gamble with the erratic conditions of XRP.

XRP is a very good investment token in crypto and in the top 10 marketcaps but this SEC cases is making it so difficult to make a profit in XRP these days. For its a good investment but it might not be that worth it investing in XRP because for me it was just taking so long almost before making a pump in the market when you compared to other potential tokens like cardano that already surpass XRP marketcap the profit is much higher or quicker and less risk compared to XRP so i think beginners should stay out in XRP for now.

First of all, you should hold 50% money for your daily and future life. Xrp is a good coin and I think, xrp is better invest than sec. On the other hand, you see the history of ripple which is easily you understand and get more information about xrp. Today, yesterday, both two days, I invest xrp, because the price of xrp is low. And I get profit form that. But, it can happen opposite. So read more article about xrp and good luck.

Things looks uncertainty for XRP right now but to play safe is why people are advising others not to invest on the project, it's undenial that XRP is well trusted by some people, organization, entities and companies around the globe which is why I believe it won't die easily, the price was over 64 cents days ago before bitcoin lost 7000$ worth of value but today XRP is climbing back up again

True, if you still have doubts about the future of the XRP token, then it is clearly better to sell it than to be constantly worried about holding it, besides now there are still many better options and not feeling anxious when someone has it.

At the end I think it will be the same like with tether same kind of decision. I personally don't own any ripple but I think at the end it will all be fine.

I may be wrong but i think SEC has wrongly put up this case as xrp is not a security which it is accused in this case because we all know it does not share profit with users secondly a regulator from Japan has already cleared xrp from this allegation. The only thing sec could accuse was not registering its tokensale and for that a settlement could have been met outside the court.

And then MoneyGram suspends Ripple pact over SEC suit. So it's all negative news, sad to say.

So it's going to be a long battle for Ripple and we don't know what will be the results though. And with that said, maybe the price will continue to go down in the next 2-3 weeks.

Japan and US are very different though, so we can't compare their regulatory framework as far as Ripple goes. But the good news is that Ripple can go and move to Japan because they are very welcome there. Again, Ripple is facing a government body which job is to protect the US citizens. So it will be a hard pressed to win against an independent regulatory body such as the US SEC, just saying.

Why Ripple there are other coins with good potential without the risk of crashing and with no issue with SEC, you are jobless and you are looking for sure profit, if you are going to invest in Ripple don't pour everything here, check other coins with good potential, diversify, try to minimize your losses, we are in a bull run it's not hard to find these good coins.
