I have two unconfirmed transactions with my Trezor wallet ( 10 and 14 days ) and one with my Wasabi Wallet ( 12 days ).  I have been trying to learn how to fix this, learned about RBF and CPFP, etc.

First, I am not sure how to tell if either wallet has or had RBF enabled.  Second, it doesn't seem like either wallet allows me to utilize CPFP ..but then again I am no-techy and honestly completely lost at this point.

I was watching an Andreas video about stuck transactions and he stated that regardless, in 14 days it will be settled whether included in a block or cancelled...is this accurate ?

Any help would be much appreciated!

This is what I get from Trezor/s website ..
"Support-Technical Issues-Unconfirmed transaction-
Unconfirmed transaction- The network might be overwhelmed and it may take quite a significant time for a new transaction to be confirmed, especially if a lower fee was set (it can be hours or even days). You just need to wait. Your transaction will be either confirmed or returned to your wallet."

There is no fixed time limit. I've had unconfirmed transactions last "forever": as long as my wallet keeps broadcasting them, they don't drop out of mempool.

If the fee is at least 10 sat/byte, you can use [urlhttps://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/]ViaBTC's transaction accelerator[/url] for free. This requires impeccable timing.

Entering the TXID on for instance Blockchair.com will show if RBF is enabled.
CPFP means nothing more than sending the unconfirmed change from your own wallet to another address, with a much higher fee. I've never used Trezor or Wasabi, but any wallet that allows Coin Control should be able to do this.

Feel free to share the TXID (by PM), and I'll have a look.

If you go to https://mempool.space and in the upper right put in the TXID and search it will show if RBF is enabled on that transaction.
Take a look at https://mempool.space/tx/c37fe48b083fc6576db578ff9f2b46878b6f5607ba7bbd5161cda6a8b4e4c118 you can see the RBF was enabled (it's crossed out because it was mined)

What was the fee use used? 40 sat / b and a bit lower were cleared this weekend that I saw but did not check that much.

In theory once it's broadcast to the network it will sit out in the mempool till all the nodes drop it (1 to 2 weeks depending) however you cannot always be sure as all you need is 1 node to rebroadcast and you are back to square 1.

Wasabi does allow for CPFP
https://docs.wasabiwallet.io/FAQ/FAQ-UseWasabi.html#how-can-i-bump-the-transaction-fee-with-child-pays-for-parent-cpfp

edit(1): a lot of what LoyceV said.

edit (2): if you can export the private keys out you can always use CPFP in another wallet.

First, I am not sure how to tell if either wallet has or had RBF enabled.
The latest Trezor upgrade support RBF, so I do not know which one you are using. For ease, copy and past your txid/transaction hash into the search space you will see on blockchair.com. You will be able to know if the transaction support RBF or not.

Second, it doesn't seem like either wallet allows me to utilize CPFP ..but then again I am no-techy and honestly completely lost at this point.
1. If the transaction has a change address UTXO, you can track that on blockchair.con also, then you only need to send fund on your wallet including the change address UTXO into a new address on your same wallet, in this case, you will have to increase the fee in a way it will be enough to get two transactions confirmed at ones.

2. The receiver, if able to spend unconfirmed transaction, he can just send the unconfirmed transaction to another address on his same wallet using high fee that can get two trasactions confirmed in time.

I was watching an Andreas video about stuck transactions and he stated that regardless, in 14 days it will be settled whether included in a block or cancelled...is this accurate ?
Know that we do not have a central mempool, on the 14 days, it is normal for the trasaction to leave the mempool, but the way all mempools are working can be different, for Bitcoin core standard, it is 14 days, but I do not know about another full node wallet, there can be cases a transaction that thought to have being dropped from mempool still gotten confirmed after 14 days, which means the transaction only just dropped from most mempool, not all. That is why the use of coin control is very important in this case, so that the transaction can be rebrocasted using the same address he was last sent.
