If Facebook or other social media are just putting you in that feeling, you need to disconnect for a while, my friend. Toxicity through the web can easily be absorbed by anyone who allows himself to be affected by most posts that are against on what you believe and stand.
Take time for yourself, meditate and relax.
This is also what I think would be the best way to relax seem's like OP is really pissed right now because of Facebook so I would also suggest to take a break from it,
And face those who discriminate or whatever they had done to you once you are fine.
You could fix it once you are calm so just relax and don't do anything that would worsen the situation.
