Someone offer me that we can earn with our old ETH Address  How's thay possible? He wants me to give my Private Key of my old address. The ETH ADDRESS that he want to access doesn't have anything. (But this is likely a scam).

Of course it is a scam. Don't even think that there's a possibility that it's not a scam. It's blatant. Is he your friend? relative? if it's someone random, then it's even worst. They didn't even try with that kind of trick. Might be good if you post a proof of who told you that so others can avoid or block him.

If it's too good to be true, probably is.

So I will also say that this is a blatant scam and don't you ever give your private key even though it is old and empty wallet. Scammers are also evolving specially that we are in a bull run, so be careful not to trust anyone.

ETH is having some huge development this year especially with its price in the market and therefore, you can witness such good to be true offers all around the internet which more likely a scam. Sometimes they offer you some giveaway and sometimes a trick such as this one. they just really want to access your account via private key and once you give them those things, Boom! your wallet is finished and they will disappear like nothing has happened and the result cannot be undone so you got to be careful when dealing with these guys. it is better to ignore them or blocked them before they give you some weird offer which is doesn't really exist in the first place.

Too good to be true. You dont want to be the first victim of this scheme.
Hard to say it's a scam since he isn't getting anything yet from you but the privatekey. But it could hurt you if you have posted the eth address here in the forum which if he uses the eth address somewhere else, the blame is going to end up to you. IF they track the address then it's you who sold your ETH address will be to blame.
