Hi Guys i would like some opinions, in this drop how low can btc go before it starts going up again , any idea what is the resistance or what could the bottom floor be for it ? I was hoping around 40-42k but it seems that it does not want to go below 47k , what do you think ? Thank you
The crypto market is very volatile and unpredictable, no one can predict what will happen the next minute except with a good trading strategy, which isn't 100% sure that it will go as planned on the chart, there's a possibility bitcoin might dip to $42k soon, but no one can say for sure when that's going to happen, for now there are more good news about bitcoin which will make the price of bitcoin to pump back up, although not up to the ATH price so fast, it will take some time to reach that price again.

We have probably seen the lowest it will reach, there doesn't seem to be any situation at all that would make things any lower, sure it is crypto and we could always find something that would make things cheaper but the reality is that we are in a world where bitcoin may become 30k or 100k tomorrow, so only thing we can do is speculate about it.

I believe we have seen the drop but someone else may come up and say that we haven't decreased enough and we are going to see under 30k and I can't prove otherwise, but the weird thing is I can say from now on we are not going to drop any more and we will increase to insane levels without stop from this price and nobody can provide otherwise neither. So, when someone says it will drop and can't be proven otherwise and someone says it will go up and can't be proven otherwise, all we can do is just assume something and it will definitely be higher by my assumption.

Yes, it can go below $40k to $20k before it will hit $60k for many customers who has been expecting the price to decrease for them to buy and hold for future profit, not to miss the opportunity. According to some researchers bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies price always decrease in the month of March, to show some signs either to decrease more or about to increase higher in the market.

It looks like what you are saying might be the desire of many people to finally be able to buy bitcoin when it drops .
but it seems difficult for now bitcoin will reach $ 20K even though in crypto it could happen.
but when bitcoin at the beginning of febuary drastically decreases it can come back quickly to increase which indicates that bitcoin does not want to linger at a low price and it feels at home being valued at this time.

So in fact, if you want to invest, the most important thing is not to be afraid that bitcoin will increase sharply and will make your investment pay off at any time.
do not need to hesitate and fear the important thing you need patience to see the situation.

Just as no one could predict how higher bitcoin would go in price; the same applies, no body knows how much lower bitcoin will drop this is a crucial moment when you need your trading strategy to work for you. Do you have one ? Seems and hope does not apply to crypto currency market trading; where are your facts and findings ?

Yups right, no one can know what the highest price bitcoin will reach and how much it will drop in price. We can only predict it. Predictions are not completely perfect to hit the target, but with this ability we can predict where the price will go up and down to what extent. This, can make it easy for us to make decisions for what to do next, stay afloat by placing a stop loss or selling it if it feels like getting enough profit.

Predicting cannot be done carelessly, there are many factors that we can use to predict the price volatility that is happening in the market. One of them is through news that is happening or the ups and downs of the charts. From there you can start to know the movement of your assets, frequent updates about current conditions or problems every day, that will also help. Because predicting before something unexpected happens is very important to anticipate the arrival of a risk that will make a loss to the asset.

This time around bitcoin may not go down as low as happened before. A few years back, after touching 20k it came down as low as 5k. But, this time that's not going to happen. As a lot of big investors and some big financial institutions have invested in bitcoin, so we can say that it has gained some sort of stability. But, there is still room for manipulation by big players.

I think that now the new investors are taking center stage, the old Bitcoin investors have not moved anything yet, when the millionaire wallets are reviewed, the percentage still remains the same, at least in those who have 100-1000 Bitcoins.

This tells me that the bullish trend has not arrived, that all this new ATH has been due to institutional investment, those like Paypal, Elon, Microestrategy, it is a logic that makes sense.

Institutions are there for the long term, and I don't think that they will sell their coins after 3 months or 6 months, irrespective of the prices. And regarding individual investors, they are aware about what happened when Bitcoin went down previously. Those who sold their coins back then incurred huge losses. So I don't think that a lot of the individual investors will commit the same mistake this time, if the prices go down.

since when the big investors start coming in ? i think it was still early but if that crosses around 3 to 6 months , they may sold thier coins but not in a way of manipulating it  . they are not manipulators but big companies are formal investors , it was the whales are manipulating this the market . now you know @op , i hope you can get an idea to what i said and you should act now if your plan is to buy because the price wont drop further until some times but the probability that it will increase is there.

I agree on that there will be a great posibility that bitcoin will not fall continuously i think it will continue to rise up to 100k$ at the last quarter of the year, because bitcoin is now becoming more useful and many investors trust it so even of it will fall it will surely rise up high again.

Close to your prediction because Bitcoin fell low at 43,000$ but now seems nothing can go lower more as the price is staying strong at
46,000 and up but who knows ? actually i was seeking for at least 35,000$ so i can buy more than 30%

wrong it drops down to 4k in March 2020 , but now after breaking the 20,000 once more ? never that if fell down again below that point.

But who knows if there is another pandemic comes .

Not expecting any major fall now tough some downfalls could always exist and will come but the recovery period and bounce back will be soon. Not like 2017 where it took 3 years to returns to its ATH. So, around the existing price only expect the lower range could be and seeing mostly the upside from here after the big companies have now invested and invested in it.

Bitcoin is on consolidation mode, so I would not expect any major pull back but only looking over $50k. This market often behave with the same psychology in the same situation however I'm looking long and short. Not only institutions will accumulate take the huge profits, but we are also can grab the profits.

What makes you so sure that Bitcoin is not going to drop that same way that it did back then? We are seeing it go this far for the time, and this was least expected by everyone, we were not expecting this price of $50,000 to come really quick, but here it is. We don’t know how it will be when it starts dropping finally, we just can’t tell.

Moreover some people also never expected the bull run again because of pandemic but it still happened, that goes to show how unpredictable this market can be. And it’s not like all those big investors you’re talking about are not going to sell their coins at a some point.

Not unless big players play to create a big shake, it surely affects the entire market.

It's good to see that there are lots of institutional investors who are now part of this industry, with so many money involve falling that
deep might no longer possible, there are new players who will catch and buy that cheap coins, whales might think twice before trying
to make such moves.

What everyone is doing right now are just guesses and not that they know the down nor the top. Currently, there are different reactions from the new and old investors so the market will generally behave differently this time. The resistance we have seen in the past are same as you mentioned and maybe it won't go down more than what we have here at the moments. Although we need to have all time all this time before a huge drop.

Why do you hope for the price to go down? Did you sell unnecessarily?

Now's a great time to buy.

I don't see Bitcoin under $40k anytime soon without any major bad news.

Every second mainstream media now is talking about Bitcoin and crypto, so every day more people are buying and joining the community.

$46000. If btc manages to break below it, I see everything in red and if it closes today above this $46k level (which it will do for sure but as it is crypto, I cannot say anything), then I will not be surprised if btc goes over $55k tomorrow only. MA60 had been retested various times but whenever btc touched it, it retraced back up. So, it is also a major indicator for me to watch for now.

I do not wonder why many people preparing for the possible dumps.
If the market turns to the bearish season, maybe we can see its price drop below $30k but somehow, not a guarantee that it goes like that while seeing the strong support level. The continuous increase of Bitcoin demand stopping the possible dump that we are expecting to see after reaching the new ATH.
We drop at $47k, but it gets back so fast to $49k. We can't see any sustaining drops until now, it is pretty to tell the time when this bullish season will end.
