Trying to find a telegram community 2021

I have been in crypto since late 2017, I think, and went active for around a year or so. I remember being on telegram a lot and as I come back and install telegram (i did not change my phone number) the communities I joined are gone, well my telegram's empty. I'm trying to recall where I found those communities checked twitter and been reading the forum since the other day but I can't find those community. Any idea to what I'm referring to? Any suggestions on where to find these community? Any kind of input are greatly appreciated!

Edit: I also would like to ask you guys if you know any current telegram communities, and if possible, invite me into it? Does telegram work like Discord where you just put the invite links?

You should at least give some clues about the group, if you are only saying you have ever joined in that group and there will be no people can give you answers dude.
That should be the reason why there will be no a lot of answers will come. There are lots of telegram group and it can't be counted too.
Is it related to the project, pump and dump group or something else?

Its like almost impossible to find think like that, if you find a specific crypto project it will be very easier to do.
Only miracle that can give you clue, you may drop your Telegram name here if someone recognize they can tell you.

You said 2017, most of the people that entered Crypto in the last bull market and got burnt are gone, when you see them come back to buy the top that is when you should start thinking about talking profit. I will advice you to start following people on Twitter because you know these people some of the groups on Telegram are just about noise and not substances which is why I prefer Twitter to Telegram for now.

At least you have to describe what kind of crypto community it is or some hints that you can still remember about them, without that it will impossible for the people here to find out the community you are talking about since there are lots of crypto community on telegram.

You can find every project to have a community. You can see it on their websites for that project and they'll give you the link for that community in Telegram.
But if you're speaking for a telegram group in particular, we cannot guess what were those communities that you have joined before. Just move on and join new communities.

I know some were related to the projects and that can be found when working on an ICO as I recall. I also recall joining airdrop telegrams but I don't think what I'm looking for. I am looking for communities that talks about the current standing/condition/status(I don't know the exact term) of various altcoins. I know, this sounds vague. And would be better if I just join new communities. Thanks a lot, man!

I doubt that, I'm not really talkative when in communities but I like reading their topics though.

With your time in crypto market, you need to have your independence for your thoughts and decisions.

Groups in any sort of: Telegram, Facebook, Discord and any other else will make you become more and more depended on thoughts, signals of the others. It is bad in crypto market that is naturally manipulated by news.

News cause signals, pumps, dumps, scams, fear, greed.

Ok, that's clear now. Just so you wait because there are other traders that are very active in other communities where they join several telegram channels that's beneficial to them. But be also careful when joining one because there are scammers that will come to you telling you something good about their trades but, it's just a way to get your thought and make you feel good that they're wanting to help you. On the other side, they're trying to catch you fall to their baits.

If you joined the group on telegram and was active and excited about it, you should at least know the names of one of the group or close in relation to the name so you can put it up for search, but what do you really need, where this group, for you as informative/educative, lucrative or something you think you can't lose. I would not rack my skull for a group community if I where to be you.

I am subscribed to several news sites because they send out major news in a hugged list. This helps to quickly analyze the market situation.

The telegram application has made several updates from 2017 to the present, maybe that is the effect, and one more thing that you are expelled from the community group because it is considered inactive anymore, those two possibilities are very logical to happen I think.

Just follow good influencers on Twitter, those people that are not bias with their thoughts about the market and communities that they follow. Some influencers might give you an idea and advise what you should do according to their opinion but you don't have to follow everything that they say. Well, it's kind a hard to follow those that are giving information, real information without any agenda. But you can start with Andreas Antonopoulos.

You're being told not to listen to others, to hype, to groups, etc., and do your own research. DYOR is just a phrase the YouTubers and Twitter-posters say to cover their asses so they don't get blamed for your decisions or put out of business for giving investment advice. Kinda like "ask your doctor" by the drug companies. CYA only. Then everyone just repeats it like it's gospel.

Obviously, there's some truth in the value of trying to find more objective information. However, prices of cryptos are largely influenced by hype. And news. Some say up to 70% of the influence on price is hype and news. So if you decided not to listen to others, you would miss out on so many gains and warnings about losses. The key is to know more about the hype. Who's doing it? Will it be short-term hype? Is it part of a P&D scheme? Is it good and legitimate information? Does it have lasting value? And hype comes and goes for the same token, since tokens have cycles.

And so...being new to crypto, I'm wondering what everyone thinks DYOR entails? Just reading a whitepaper? A few metrics? Think I'm going to do a post and ask people this because I'm perplexed when I constantly hear DYOR. Most people don't have the time, knowledge or expertise to do a deep analysis of each token they're interested in. I sure don't. YT, Twitter, Discord, Telegram...they all involve subjective opinion and hype. So if you rule them out, what's left? And if ignoring hype is really true, why are so many of us going to all these sites? And, for that matter. why would you come here?

I think your desire for a discussion community on Telegram is a valid and worthwhile one and you shouldn't be discouraged by what you've been told here. I wish I had some suggestions for you, but I'm too new to crypto to have any answers.

Unfortunately, I don't think I can really help you out with this issue,you have stayed away from telegram for quite a long time, alot has changed since 2017 like those crypto communities you were in back in then, most of them have become dormant now, some are even ghost town only a few are still working, in your case maybe those projects have gone dark meaning they no longer exist or should I say the groups no longer exist, that's why you can't find them.
