ATTENTION: Tron Support Team Are Scammers?

Hello,

I didn't want to do that but I don't see any other ways. I would like to publicly ask TRON Foundation team to pay attention to my situation.

Over the past three years, I tried many times to contact a Tron team, but it was unsuccessful and my situation was completely ignored.

I am an early investor in the Tron project, I am believed in this project from first day and participated in their ICO in August 2017.

When Tron ICO was successfully completed, all my TRX coins were deposited to my investor's account on their official website.

A little bit later, I’ve withdrawn a small amount of TRX coins from my account and the entire sum has been left there, in my Tron account on their official website.

I believed that my Tron account on the official project's website was the safest place to store my TRX coins.

Later, in 2018, I have tried to withdraw some more TRX coins from my Tron account but because of some technical issues on their side it was impossible to do.

I've contacted the Tron's support by their official email, explained the situation and asked for help.

After some time they replied to me and asked to provide them with some details (registered email, cash-out address to which I want to withdraw TRX coins and withdrawal amount) . They finished this message with the phrase:

"We will provide cash-out service for you as soon as possible, with assured security.

Please email us if you encounter any issue during your cash-out. Thank you for your cooperation."

I've sent them all the necessary details and waited for the withdrawal of my funds. Then waited again... and again. Howver no withdrawal been processed. I did not receive any response from them, nor any help with the withdrawal of my funds.

I multiple times tried to withdraw the funds from my Tron account, but it was not possible to do.

I tried to contact their team many times through different communication channels - I've sent them emails to all their official addresses from Tronlab.com, Tron.Network and Bittorrent.com, I've even tried to contact Justin Sun personally.

All my attempts to contact them were unsuccessfully, this situation has been ignored and I didn't get my TRX coins.

Where is even the slightest respect to early investors who believed in your project in the earliest days???

Once again, I appeal to the team of the TRON Foundation - Please PAY ATTENTION to my situation, contact me and FINALLY provide cash-out service and TRANSFER to me my TRX coins.

This is one example of not your key, not your coins and you should not trust your coins to a third party, you trusted too much I don't blame you because this entity is part of the Tron, it's good that you posted it here, so we'll know how they address this issue, I hope your issue is an isolated one, this put Tron in a bad light and not good for their reputation especially at this point in time.

To be honest, not a technical issue why you cannot withdraw the balance.

IMO, because everyone who invests in TRX ICO already got their token and they can withdraw the token. IDK what are you think to hold on to their investor dashboard, but there could have some deadline to withdraw the asset. They have their own wallet, and at that time you can store TRX to ETH ERC20 Address there is no purpose anymore to maintain the investor dashboard when already more than 1 years.

Contacting Justin just such a waste of time, he famous guys and you know there have some thousand messages to him so your issue will not gonna read by them. Your chance only contacting Tron Foundation team and praying got some lucky they send or maybe responding TRX.

Otherwise, just saying goodbye to your TRX.

The fault is yours mate, just because Tron is a big project doesn't mean you should rely on them to keep your coins safe for you, there are things going on in crypto space for years now that when a project token or coin have better value it becomes very hard for the team to give coins away even when it's been paid for just like what's happening to you presently

I think Justin Sun is very active on Twitter just try to contact him, dont lose hope mate, As you said you are an early investor but the problem is the ICO finished a couple of years ago, thats why it is more complicated now, by the way, my question is why you didn't withdraw your TRX coins and transferred it into your own wallet I think that was also your mistake because most of ICO website was taken down after its purpose was done.

Are you saying since 3 years ago you have not been able to receive any assistance from tron customer service! this is not good at all, i can understand how you must feel, 3 years without been able to have your assets is horrible, but how are you sure they will get to read this post! if you had known this would happen, you would have withdrawn you trx as soon as possible, i hope you find help eventually.

The only way to really get their attention is to tweet Justin about your situation.

And when everyone is watching it, for sure you might get an answer and solve your issue otherwise if will have a negative impact on their reputation. So in this case, let social media be your friend and use it to get your message to the man himself so that he will be force to answer you as a early investors as you claim to be. Best of luck to you.
