Crex24 dont funds my coins

It has been now almost one week since i did send 16.55 BNB (4K+ usd) to crex24 and it still doesnt appear on my wallet.

It was already few hours in when i did ask support where my coins are. They replied very quick and said there in to it. After 1-2 hours they mailed me again and said my coins did arrive. But there was nothing. As i asked what is going on they didnt respond anymore. Only the bot did and they did after few days very sporadacilly. 2 Days ago they did write me again and said my coins did arrive, it was the exact same message as before(bot?) but still there was nothing! Since then they didnt write me back.

Everything on my site was 100% correct, i double checked the adress. They even said it arrived. What you guys think, did they scam me? I am verifide btw. Anybody with similiar experience?!


Terrible support, imagine sending a chunk of money to a exchange and they say it arrived on my wallet and then they dont write you back for 2 days! Incredible!

The exchange already has a number of scam accusations here. Why didn't you send your BNB to Binance instead, which is somehow trustworthy?

The reason the probably locked their ANN thread was because they are not ready to address complaints from here. Nonetheless, I have sent them a PM on your behalf though I doubt they will respond

from their post history I realized that for years they have not provided customer support via Bitcointalk

so i will try to contact their support and i will give them the link to this thread so that they can solve your problem, if 3 days go by without them solving your problem then i will leave negative feedback on their account here on bitcointalk and you will also have to create flag against them

I got the same response as well. This is a big blow OP's hopes to recovering his BNB. This means they don't even care about any complaint about them anywhere on the web, just like any other scam service.

Since when have you been trading on the Crex24 exchange? Have you been visiting this forum now since registering your account in 2019?
@Talkstar has already given a clear topic to the exchange you mentioned or at least before making a deposit you can look on the charge board and are sure to find an exchange that is shady and suspicious even though it is still operating today.

In any case, you have to keep trying to get the rights and take the route that can contact them who knows this is the fault of the team so that your deposit can be credited later.

Before depositing in any exchange other than Top Exchange, everyone should do proper research about that exchange. If you do a little research on Bitcointalk about this exchange then you will be much clearer about the activities of this exchange.

In the current situation, it is very risky to use other exchanges except the top ones. These exchanges already have Scam Accusation in their name which gives an idea about their reputation.

Unfortunately that's the last time you will see your money. Next time it would be good practice to look up and heed the warnings before thinking of using such shit trading platforms.

With that amount of money, why trust crex when there is binance? I don't understand why some traders still trust exchanges with history of fraud. Now, what the OP can do is to be persistent on their customer support. Otherwise, he can be loud to inform this scam activity like posting in social media channel with proofs. This should be stop so they can't victimize anymore.

Hi, I am doing BNB trade for many months now. I know there are two networks for BNB transaction. I withdraw from Binance to Crex24 using Binance Chain (BEP2) Network. Address and Memo is correct I triple checked it. I haven't got and real reply from the support just robotic replies. that says

You are right, how can we confirm that the two dudes did the transaction in a perfect way, simply showing IDs will make us detect where the fault from, although the two stated that they triple checked the address and memo, at the same they said they got a mail saying BNB arrived but got nothing on crex24 exchange.

At op and other victim, Crex24 had been reported excessively for scamming their users in one way or the other for so many times on the forum. Why not choose Binance exchange instead of crex24 when your issue had been resolved.

At op and other victim, Crex24 had been reported excessively for scamming their users in one way or the other for so many times on the forum. Why not choose Binance exchange instead of crex24 when your issue had been resolved.

Unfortunately, some of the new coins in the market are not listed in Binance, if you are bounty hunters or investors of new coins and the coins you've supported, listed their token here in Crex24, you will have to take the risk of trading or wait for the developers to add more exchange for their coin, it's actually the fault of developers for choosing Crex24, this is because of the low fee, some exchange like Crex24 offers free listing.
