Today is again the time for good news for you about our ARNO Token Project. Our news, especially recently, has often been received in the evening, for which we ask your forgiveness. Well, we must understand that by the actual news we usually mean not the momentary "look what a miracle happened to us now", but "we inform you about what has happened recently, what we have achieved to date." As you probably know, our project involves going through several stages (which are important both in themselves and as some kind of reference points). Without touching on the financial component of the issue today, we will tell you about the actual "mundane" situation in the project. Surely you are well aware that the essence of the project consists in our following steps: 1. Creation of equipment for the production of nanomaterials. 2. Creation of equipment for converting them into a commercial product (dispersion in a liquid medium). 3. Implementation of the technology already developed by us for the use of nanomaterials in a "commercial form" into the existing production chains of a THIRD PARTY manufacturer. 4. Obtaining from a third-party manufacturer a product created using our technology (in our particular case, lead-acid batteries with an extended service life and noticeably higher performance characteristics). 5. Creation on the basis of the resulting product of our own - integrated home and semi-industrial secondary energy sources (already balanced batteries from accumulators, coupled with inverters for working with power grids, solar and wind power plants, etc.). As you can rightly notice, there is one bottleneck in the project - we did not highlight it on purpose - this is the presence of a THIRD PARTY manufacturer who would be ready to provide its production facilities for the introduction of new technology. We have completely managed to bridge this gap between our plans and their actual implementation. Moreover, it is not easy to overcome, but at the same time attract a very large, very respected and very interested investor to our project. Which, concurrently, is one of the largest manufacturers of lead-acid batteries in Europe (second only to Johnson & Johnson after they bought Varta). You probably already guessed that it is about the MONBAT group of companies ( https://monbat.com) As a result of successful negotiations, our project and one of the largest European manufacturers, MONBAT, have created a joint venture - A.R.T. Monbat, in which our management company Advanced Carbon Tech owns 35% of the shares. The MONBAT group of companies got access to the latest technologies, our ARNO Token project - to factory laboratories, factory production lines and distribution channels for finished products. |

Despite the fact that we have an abnormally high heat (from 35 to 40 Celsius), which is very, very unusual for us and sometimes critically inconvenient, we continue to work on our joint project ARNO token.
Recently, we have been very often privately asked a seemingly simple, but at the same time very important question: when will the second phase of the pre-ICO end and what should be expected in this case.
Since, as we mentioned above, this question is very interesting and important for everyone, we will give an answer to it.
The end date of the second phase of the IKO will be the start date of the IEO - trading of "trust" packages of the ARNO token on three to four centralized exchanges. Accordingly, upon passing the validation, which gives access to exchange trading, and the beginning of the IEO, a "trust" package of tokens with a value that will exceed the one indicated now ($ 2 per token) will be sent to the exchanges for sale, while trading on the site, and affiliate programs will, of course, be closed. But the AirDrop program will remain, which will be seriously expanded.
This will happen in early to mid-August of this year, that is, in about two weeks - a month.

You are keenly interested in how things are going, when they say and what? Therefore, the time has come to inform you about some of the steps we have taken and about what kind of "side of the moon" we are in general.
For you, of course, it is no secret that our ARNO Token project has already, in fact, reached the final stretch in terms of conducting IEO.
At the moment, our project is already going through the last stages of validation, that is, "checks for lice" by third-party interested organizations, in our particular case - those centralized exchanges that we will entrust for preliminary distribution within a week or two of "trust" packages of ARNO Token and on which, most likely, in the future, the listing of the token and its further ICO will be carried out (which does not cancel the holding of the ICO on decentralized exchanges such as Uniswap).
It is already finally clear that the IEO will be held in two rounds, starting from mid-August, each lasting about a week, after which the listing procedure will begin on the centralized and decentralized exchanges and ICOs of our choice.
Following the principles of the broadest coverage and diversification of risks, we selected three mature exchanges - BitForex (Asia), BitMart (USA) and P2PB2B (Europe), three middle-tier exchanges - Latoken (USA), Emirex (East) and IndoEx (India), and one small but proud exchange from Singapore - BetIngen.
All of these are centralized exchanges and not at all of the above, of course, we will conduct IEO, although we are quite confident that all the required procedures, our project, as quite real and very promising in terms of investment, will pass without much hassle ( except for the time spent on these procedures, which is always not enough).

It's Friday, the work week is coming to an end and we would like to share fresh, good news for you.
Firstly, our ARNO Token project has successfully passed the validation, that is, it has been recognized as trustworthy and worthy of the attention of investors on all trading platforms with which we have conducted or are still negotiating.

Since we, as a project, have started the IEO procedure, that is, we are already being sold on 4 exchanges, let's talk about what we have achieved so far.
As you can see, if you are interested, now all tokens are located with us, that is, they are distributed only to your personal accounts. You can see only those going to the exchanges for the IEO procedure in the declared quantities. From the beginning of the listing, as soon as the exchanges are ready, you will have the opportunity to withdraw tokens to your personal exchange wallets and these quantities will be honestly displayed.
At the moment, I repeat - at the moment, we will have to distribute 877 636 ARNO tokens to your wallets. It is clear that not all of them were sold - some of them are bonus and referral accruals, the AirDrop program and Baunty, but, nevertheless, we can say with confidence that the amount before IEO was collected in terms of more than 900,000 USD.
Of the amount I mentioned, about a quarter went to the IEO and listing procedures. Not only on those four exchanges where IEO will take place now, and this amount will increase by one and a half times, unfortunately - large exchanges take large amounts. I have no right to name the exact amounts, you yourself understand, but nevertheless.
Slightly more than half - the planned operating expenses, including advertising, plus the costs of already concluded and partially executed contracts for the deployment of production and, in fact, the work process.
In the bottom line, we have, at the moment, about 20,000 EURO on the account of the management company and about 120,000 EURO in cryptocurrency (in terms and at the rate, of course). This is exactly how much we exceeded our most optimistic sales forecasts.
Now I would like to move on to operating costs, equipment supplied and production.
As I mentioned above, more than half of the amount received was made up of operating expenses. These include expenses for the maintenance of the management company and the staff, contributions to a subsidiary company (now we are creating a second - a full-fledged research and development independent enterprise), advertising costs and all sorts of small things. But most (90% approximately) of operating costs are contracts for the design, manufacture and supply of equipment for the production of carbon nanomaterials, from which we create additives that allow us to interest lead-acid battery manufacturers in terms of producing a new generation of these well-known energy sources.
By now, and this has already been covered in our newsletter, our subsidiary has ALREADY RECEIVED equipment and materials for the production of additives. Unfortunately for you, customs declaration in the European Union is electronic, I cannot present a customs declaration to you, but the accompanying paper documents that have passed customs - that is, official - are quite. Access to new technologies, such as communication on the Internet, provides an excellent opportunity for manipulation, including playing on our passions and desires.
It is clear that the number of those who would like to receive money without making an effort to work honestly is quite large.
I am not saying that such people do not make an effort at all - sometimes their efforts to withdraw money from our wallets are quite serious. And various types of fraud are rife. A lot of them.
It should be noted that in the case of our project, we are ordinary people, and honestly working on the implementation of the project. We are sufficiently public, our data is known, we can be found on the same social networks, in whatsapp, or the like.
Accordingly, the main blow of fraudsters falls on us as a team.
For example, only I receive about several hundred different offers per day only on Facebook. The same is in LinkedIn, by the way, I'm not even talking about Telegram channels.
For the most part, these are the so-called "Nigerian letters" and their modifications. That is, I am offered to share the money stowed by some official thief somewhere in an African country. For a small bribe. Or they write that your namesake died, he left a lot of money, we are ready to help you get it, for a small remuneration of labor. This is such a primitive and well-known fraud.
They often write pretending to be lonely dying old men and women, ready to bequeath all their considerable fortune in favor of a good person. You just have to pay a little in advance for the registration of the inheritance. Of course this is a scam too.
There is an offer of concessional lending and interest-free loans. If you know that free cheese is only in a mousetrap, I personally send such offers to the trash.
A separate cohort of swindlers are people who play the role of someone else, some famous person, a well-known project, a well-known news or analytical channel.
Such scammers usually offer advertising, support, make a video, write a review, publish an article, place advertisements at a very preferential rate, sometimes an order of magnitude different from the real one. Naturally, they demand, they don't even ask - they demand, an advance payment for their alleged efforts.
At the same time, for example, we have already encountered a situation where they were forged very high quality, even the mail domain managed to be forged for plausibility.
Therefore, as soon as it comes to prepayment, we usually cross such freelancers from the list of possible work partners. Because, having received an advance payment, these scammers become impudent and begin to demand more and more, referring to any fictitious problems and difficulties that can be overcome only by getting them additional money.
We have no business with such swindlers, but we keep records.
There is another, very unpleasant category - people who appear to be large investors or large investment agencies. They are usually arrogant, cheeky, intrusive, like dung flies. They say that either the owners of the mountains, fields and seas, or their relatives or partners, are willing to invest usually astronomical amounts for a small percentage of the transaction. If such scammers get a whatsapp or phone number, they can call for a long time. This is very exhausting.
It is quite simple to identify such swindlers - they by hook or by crook try to find out the number by which they can contact you, promise mountains of gold and invite you to a meeting with a major investor somewhere in Serbia. It's not very clear why, but this is the standard way for this kind of scam. As a result, they ask for money for a trip or to check into a hotel or come up with something just as touching and stupid.
Primitive and very tedious.
As for us and our team. We are real people, we are really working on a project. we conduct a fairly large volume of correspondence, among other things.
We present a real project. Presented in social networks.
Naturally, scammers are trying to act directly on our behalf or hiding behind our project.
We are not alone in this - any project generates only a crowd of accompanying scammers hoping to make money under its cover.
Let's start with what we officially declare - all our project managers who conduct official correspondence are known by name.
