I used https://get-bitcoin.com/They were pretty fast. They have many options of sending them money. I chose the Wells Fargo transfer because I have a WF account. I don't think you need to pay for the upgrade "fast" transferrs. They have always been fast. I have done two separate transactions with them. They are usually as closely related to MT Gox as possible at the time they process it.

Aye. Although I haven't used them yet myself, they seem to be pretty reputable. They also promise to handle all orders within 24 hours of payment receipt or they will process the order for free. Mail usually doesn't take more than a day, so you are looking at 2-3 days max. You can cut that down to 24 hours if you deposit money at a BoA or Chase.

You can send an envelope full of cash to Al's Pawnshop in Canada. No, seriously. That is what I do. He sells them for a 6% discount under the Mt Gox price on the day your money arrives.
It does take a while with the snail mail and all...
If you have a Mt Gox account you can buy Mt Gox redemption codes using PayPal or a credit card at MrCoin.org
Good luck!

I'm getting DNS errors when trying to access Mr. Coin. "The server at mrcoin.org ...Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): Unable to resolve the server's DNS address." Down for everyone is showing that site to be down. http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/http://mrcoin.org/

I think I shall email the owner of Mr. Coins. He should really make his root domain redirect to his www subdomain.
He probably loses a lot of business by not doing that.
