New technic of promoting/scamming people on twitter

What happened : I am noticing a things on twitter that I am notifying I have added by someone. (Some time the name show looks like this "Binance is added you, go to www.abcd. ga). At the first sight I already have a idea that it’s a phishing or fake giveaway site. And yeah the site is a fake giveaway site.
