insufficient trx balance Problem with TronLink wallet

Please guie me i am newbie
I used tronlink wallet for first time and one my friend transfer about $10 on my wallet then i wanted transfer this money for other person wallet but its show this error : insufficient trx balance

Even i select $1 but show again this error : insufficient trx balance

Because i use low amount money for order something online

So can you please tell me what the problem ? how can i fix this

Someone told you must buy about $1 Trx Tron on tronlink then you can transfer money so is this correct ?

You haven't specified in what form the money was. Was it USD in the form of TRC20 token like USDT?
If yes then  you will need transaction fees in the form of Trx. They won't  levy the transaction fee from the USDT token.

I suggest you buy a small amount of Trx from an exchange then send it to the address having the funds. Your friend should have tried to teach you a few basics about how the TRON blockchain works.

Now i make new wallet on other application wallet then i copy their address for test and i use it on tronnlink but its still show  insufficient trx balance
even with $1

and i attached screenshot from the problem would you please check it what is the problem

Like I said, you need some TRX in your address from the transaction to go through. Right now you have a balance of 0 TRX.

TRX can be spent as a fee for the transaction, or you can freeze it/stake it and activate your account so that you won't have to spend on the transaction fees. You can later on unstake your TRX and spend it, but it only becomes available 3 days after unstaking it

Use https://www.tronstation.io/calculator to estimate how much Tron you need to freeze.

Your friend has at least 267 TRX frozen in his account for a bandwidth of 346

Like I said, you need some TRX in your address from the transaction to go through. Right now you have a balance of 0 TRX.

It is same as when people need to have a small amount of ETH to pay transaction fees for their ERC-20 token transactions. You can not move your ERC-20 tokens anywhere even you see them in your wallet but your wallet does not have any ETH amount.

Transaction fee on TRON network is very cheap so you won't have to be challenged with required TRX to make your TRC-20 token transactions.

You need Tron coins in your tronwallet to send out any trc20 tokens like USDT for example, if all you got is USDT you won't be able to send it out to exchange or other wallets without having Tron available in your bali, Tron works as the gas fee
