are you sure that it was the bug that causes you to not play the game because usually slot games are restricted on many countries and that is also my main reason why i cant play in them but if you are sure that it was a bug you can report it in the admins of that site so that they can take an imediate action but if they dont react thats the time to move on to a much well known casinos  . bitvest do have a slots game and have other exciting games too that you can try

Well I never had any problems with N1 casino. Maybe you had an internet connection issue which was on the casinos side or just a server hiccup

Have you tried to contact their support with regards to this one? Maybe its just temporary by that time and maybe they are just experiencing some problem with their system or there’s a problem in your end especially your internet connection. Have you tried playing this game before? Restrictions might also be the possible reason.

I agree with Shoreno said, you had belonged country where the game in a restricted area. Casino have term and condition, read it carefully on the Availability of games, I guess you trying to play NetEnt games where many countries not available to play.

The website will allow your country to play games but they also have the rules; Restricted Countries per Provider

I feel like there is no point in giving more advice to the OP and probably already found the answer on what was wrong since OP hasn't been online ever since he posted the thread hence the reason why he didn't even bother to check if someone posted a reply on his thread.

Well, if this thread goes for a week and the OP decide not to post anything new then it's safe to assume he already did found an answer for his/her problem. It would be wise for him if he asked the CS representative instead of that casino than posting here so he knows what really is the problem, this message of mine isn't directed to OP but to all.

He might be busy now playing that game but since this thread is still up, maybe it can still help some gamblers who are experiencing the same thing and we can still give the advice before they panic. If you guys experiencing the same thing, you have to remember that their support is the only thing that can really help you, and if they are not responding then this forum might help as well.

It might be a bug or maybe it prohibits you from playing because of your location? anyway I've experienced this before I can play some slot and other casinos and I can't play some other because of my IP address or location. Are you sure it's a bug? I think you should contact their support.

The most likely explanation is that this is a bug or a server issue and nothing more, according to the OP he was still able to play some other games so I find difficult to believe that some games will work and some other wont based on his location.

The best thing to do is to contact the support of the casino and see what is going on as most likely there is an issue on their end, however another possibility is that the Internet connection of the OP drops or the game could be too resource intensive for his computer to run smoothly.
