I would set a goal of saving $50 every other week (or some value/timeframe that suits) and buy all year 'round - true you'll buy during highs, but you'll also strike the occasional lows.  Even if the price plummets transfer the purchased bitcoins to a paper wall and wait a year or two (or longer).

You could also divvy up the purchased amounts into short/medium/long term HODLing's.  e.g. 1 year/3 years/10+ years even if it's $30 broken into $10 chunks, the end reward will be worth it. BTCBTCBTC

Price goes up and price goes down, there is really nothing that changes the answer because the answer is always; invest. If the price is at 5k, you invest, if the price is 100k you still invest there is really no price you stop investing.

The only time any person could actually end up with selling would be when they reach their retirement amount of money so that they could sell and get out and just have fun with life after that, but until that moment you do not just hold, you keep buying as much as you can and just keep doing that over and over again.

By the looks of it bitcoin dropped a lot for a while and everyone become super happy about it, that is shocking, normally you do not expect people to actually be happy when the price went down but this time they were happy because not that many people believed it would go down more so the lower price meant that it would be discount for them to buy right now and that makes them so happy about it as well, it is basically just proof that people do not care when price falls anymore, they buy anyway to sell later when it goes up, hence why it doesn't crash much anymore as well.

That is right BTC has gone down, and maybe we need to wait for the right time about investing. However, l think there are always some good projects, which from we can make money in the future.

For Bitcoins maybe it is a good time to buy some but I cannot say the same for altcoins because suddenly they start dropping and there is not much happening in other markets. At least with Bitcoins we can hold for few more months and know the price will only get bigger, which isn't always the case with altcoins specially Ethereum which has been getting a lot of hate from users for the high transaction fees and slow confirmations recently.

In crypto you may miss opportunities if you wait too much to find suitable time to invest this is what I have observed so far but it's not mean that I recommend someone to invest blindly understanding the market trend is very important on both technical and fundamental basis after that we should made our decision of investing.

And if one wants to still blindly buy a coin, then I would say it must be Bitcoin above any other altcoin right now. There are some kind of problems with almost all altcoins at some point, and that doesn't mean they are worthless but their price can drop at any moment and when the recovery happens, only God knows. Like if the dogecoin market starts to drop, I would be sweating if I am holding them. That kind of sentiment is there for other altcoins as well.

Maybe these altcoins wasn't managed by developers, unfortunately they lost support from their communities as well. If there's potential bullish market of altcoins, I think that's only way for them to be back on previous track then we will see what's their next plans for dead project who slept for years.

I think There is never an awful time in venture on Cryptocurrencies however you may be unlucky,if you contribute now it's very risky.you need to stand by some times,some projects exploit the turn of events and refreshing of their foundation when the market is good.we don't have the foggiest idea when the market will come down,.I figure it will proceed with like this for March and we can see the bull developments again towards the mid year.
