Help with Bitcoin.org iOS Wallet

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with my iOS Wallet.

I've downloaded bitcoing.org IOS App Wallet;

and after creating it , went on coinmama to buy some coins.

The transfer completed but the balance is not showing in the APP:

The address is good, same as in the app wallet but I don't see it.

Got the passphrase but don't know what to do next.

Any advice would help.

Did you mean you send the bitcoin from Coinmama to to an address on your bitcoin.org wallet?

Correct and it's showing up in that wallet...

Well it's not doing that, it's not showing up anything as sync. Tried Android version of the wallet and that one syncs but having these issues with iOS.

If you truly have sent the bitcoin from Coinmama, and your address is part of the confirmed transaction you pasted above, I will advice you to download electrum (download from electrum.org and verify its signature). Click on the wallet, press next, and click standard wallet, then on I already have a seed, import your 12 word seed phrase. Check if the balance will appear, you will need a laptop for that.

You can also import the seed phrase using electrum on mobile phones, it will work as fine.

AFAIK Bitcoin.org is a site, not a wallet. they are listing some trusted wallets for IOS and you can find it here ---> https://bitcoin.org/en/wallets/mobile/ios/?platform=ios&step=5  Not https://wallet <DOT>bitcoin.org/ (Warning: Do not click)

Do you see the address 33MZa5sEui8jj4SPCZWqA8CKsx3QB43833 listed in either Bitcoin Wallet or your Coinmama account? If you can't find it in either of these apps then this is likely an internal address used by Coinmama to receive your deposit, because it sent your bitcoin (0.3BTC?) to 16 different addresses (most likely all owned by the exchange) and many of those have already spent it.

Check if the money is still in your Coinmama account, and then from the site, initiate a withdrawal to one of your Bitcoin.org Wallet addresses.

With regards to using Electrum to recover your wallet. You will need to click the "Options" button on the seed entry screen, then select the "BIP39 Seed" option. After that, you should see the text "BIP39 (checksum: ok)" appear next to the "Options" button and the "next" button should be activated.

If you don't see "BIP39 (checksum: ok)" and you see something like "BIP39 (checksum: failed)", then one or more of your 12 words has been entered incorrectly.

I have it as a wallet address in the app, like it is created but it's showing 0 balance.

This is not my first purchase from Coinmama and everytime i bought other coins it arrived in 15-20 minutes.

Bitcoin.org or Ver Bitcoin wallet is one of the worse cryptocurrency wallet in town and from what I saw here the transaction sent to the wallet address 33MZa5sEui8jj4SPCZWqA8CKsx3QB43833 was delivered but I don't the reason why it not showing on your end and the chance thing you can do is to import the wallet in electrum as you have been advised.

Guys seems i got access to the wallet, initiated a transfer on my binance wallet so I could trade a bit.

Bitcoin.org or Ver Bitcoin wallet is one of the worse cryptocurrency wallet in town

The app OP is using is called Bitcoin Wallet by Bitcoin.org, this is not Roger Ver's Bitcoin.com wallet.

It's listed at bitcoin.org's choose your wallet listing for Android but it appears they forgot to list the iOS version as well.
