It is really true and i have experienced the same and a prime example can be of synthetix network token snx that traded below 10 cents for quite a long period but now it is trading over $20 and as the bull run is still here we can expect it to be over $50 in few months so you can calculate the percentage returns but only for patient hodlers.

When it comes to investment, the long-term goal will really at work. People who are disappointed because they never reach their goal are also because they are not willing to wait, they wanted instant, and that they were given just only a small chunk while the other is taken the more than of what they think.

We are definitely be hearing regrets why they never hold their Bitcoin and their altcoins. But first, we have to ask ourselves why we don't have the courage and faith towards crypto? Why we listen to the FUDs? This is why only a few people did this while the majority are already in the selling since last year as the price reaches $20k plus.

Wow you are holding the legit coins and i will never dump any legit coins in my portfolios. I have dumped the crap coins that touched new ATH but i never dump any major coins and keep them all for the long term investment.
When you can't hold it and you will not be a winner. The major coins will always give more and more positive impact to the crypto market.
The point is you are betting on top coins.

When i started BTCwas below $100 and ETH was below $1 as i invested during the ICO and if i knew that the market would reach $58,000 for bitcoin in the next 8 to 9 years and $2000 for ETH i would not believe that it would happen. I did invest heavily in mining in the past because i knew we are in a golden era but i never anticipated these valuations and my life is completely changed because of this innovation.

Too late to have those kind of regrets even myself did enter to this market when everything was still low.I never anticipate that it would  really becoming this high.
Lots does have the same regrets on not to invest when its still cheap.For those who do believe then they are the ones who did really make out much money
on this bull run specially coins had risen up to peaks that we didnt even expect for it to be able for it to reach.It did really pays off more than on the
amount that you can gain when you are just simply having your own day stable job.

This means that you have to change your pattern of patience, especially in terms of investing, because the objective of investing is to seek multiple profits within a certain period of time, so there is no reason to sell at a loss in this case.

i've been hodling binance coin from 2019 and now already reach $200 and im still hodlin it what ever can be happen in future but i believe as soon as possible binance will reach $1000 or maybe $2000 with lot of great project use binance smart chain with low network fee than ethereum gas fee

I honestly dumped off a bit from my BTC since I really need some cash so yeah it isn't that bad of a decision because I didn't even go all out dump, otherwise it would be the end of me here in crypto.... meh just kidding I won't even panic to recover losses from the bull-run that happened.
If I managed to sell before the bull-run happened, it would take long time for me to go back because I'll surely need to wait for another dip or train stop.

     Of course it does. Just look at the prices of all the altcoins and bitcoin. But yes, I get what you mean, Although regret is unavoidable, you need to be able to control it. Just keep in mind that what you and a bunch of others who sold Did was neither wrong or right since selling helps bitcoin to circulate, while holding and buying increases price. If it helps, bitcoin is still young and you still have a lot of time to buy little by little and hold it better this time then regrets would be fewer and success would increase more.

Yeah! it does mate but unfortunately thousands if not millions missed this golden opportunity which happened some few years back, these coins were sold for little and many though they aren't worth holding, i could imagine the pains in the heart of those who sold their earlier than when the price rises. Absolutely for coins with good long term prospects, hold is always the best trade advise.  Too many people end up losing their stack trading in or out because generally speaking when you trade with emotion you top buy and bottom sell.  Buy, hodl, enjoy the show.  Always wins out has ever since the beginning of crypto.

I do agree that are so many alts that were created and unfortunately, will never get back again. Those are crap projects that were created for the sole purpose of pocketing money by the devs. Hodl pays off if you luckily find a valuable project like eth and not to mention btc. Only few projects can actually satisfy that criteria. If you are looking for a gem, look for a project that can actually deliver their objectives and if their services will be a hit in the market. Without active use case, it is very hard for the project to sustain their presence in a very volatile crypto environment.

I don't think we can ever think of these prices again which you mentioned about bnb, ethereum and bitcoin. Perhaps all of these coins will dump again in the bear market but to reach these prices again is just impossible. Anyways those who have been holding these coins , they are now in too much profits.
Sometimes holding gives better return than trading.

that only applies to cryptocurrency that have a good project and popular, but if cryptocurrency doesn't have a good project or isn't popular, then the price will definitely be difficult to increase very high even though we HOLD for the long term, therefore in my opinion not all altcoin are good to hold in the long term and of course we must know the right time to sell altcoin we have (never be greedy), so that we don't lose our money.

You can still buy this week based on the weekly chart we can still have time to accumulate bitcoin because there will be a correction that will happen in a few more days and it would last I think for a month then let us wait for the next month candle. You can try to make a swing this week though you already hold some you can still buy more , I hold my tokens as well even though some of it has a -50%  still it will not be considered a loss not unless I sell it.

Yes, Hodl's power can not be denied but all 3 coins you mention are highly potential coins and we all know they will rise for sure in the future and we are witnessing the rally of these coins in recent times and they are not stopping yet. Everyone can not hold because some people have liabilities or emergencies for the funds so they sell and use them but those who can hold it and trust these coins in the bear market are now eating the fruit of profit. I would say panic sellers are the dumpers.
