yobit code blocked status

I created yobit Code about two and a half years ago on the yobit platform
And I didn't activate it
The value was small, about $ 2 or more or less, so I did not overstate it
Now it is worth 50 dollars or more
But when I try to activate it, a sign appears blocked
Was it swindled by the platform?
I opened a support ticket, but it did not help me with anything. Al-Admin told me that there is no problem like this, and after that, whatever I send to him, it is not answered. I tried to open a new support ticket, but it closed

As far as i know about Yobit code is something that you could make use on transferring funds internally without needing transactions on chain
but actually it does have con's yet it can really be redeemed by someone once they do able to know those codes.

Yobit support response time? They've known or does have that title on exchange that doesnt even answer support tickets.

One of the most common issues of this shitty exchange that they do have lots of accusations on stealing off users funds and shady acts.
Once you do get those funds back then better never look back into this exchange.

They don't have a good support, they mostly will ignore those tickets that were sent to them. Do they have a rules about expiration of their codes?
Or, it doesn't expire and it should be redeemable no matter how long it has been pending?

Sorry about that. It's been a while and if that doesn't work anymore then there's no way to get it. The support isn't responsive and no one can help you in that matter here.
That's why I'm assuming that it has an expiration and they're very known for that attitude towards help with their customers.

Or we can say that redeem code is expired and the amount was send to the actual account where it was located? Did you check the balance of your Doge or accidentally sold them without your knowledge?

Yobit is shitty exchange but if you keep trying then you have chances so keep creating new tickets if your history doesn't show that you sold or moved your Doge.

The code expired might be the best explanation, but there is no way to verify it if the support doesn't even help you. I guess it's safe to say that you lose your money, at least it's not that much and you don't deposit anything.

Next time you should convert it to BTC or other assets that you can store on your own wallet, and then sell it if you feel the need to do it.

I don't want to discourage you but that's how their support works. It's like 1% out of 100 that they'll notice and reply to your ticket.
But I still wish you good luck and hopefully that you'll get a solution for your code although the chance of telling and accepting it that you've lost is much higher.

Your Money is Gone and that is what Yobit proves People all these years, though i doubt that they will scam you with that small amount but maybe all the same people like you was also a victim so you have just get along .

Forget about it and just Marked yobit as the shittest and scammiest Exchange in the world specially here in Bitcointalk that they have faced hundreds if not thousand of scam claims but nine of them won and get what they must have.

Had the same issue, I created several doge codes around one year ago for the sake of small GA and fun game on a thread in this forum with some friends, suddenly the code got blocked and un-redeemable. It was two of 500 doge code. My friend's code also got blocked, so I think it's safe to say it hits globally at that time.

I tried to contact support by creating a ticket immediately, didn't get any respond until today. Chatted an admin on TG too at that time (I go to a length even though the value was infinitesimal at that time because those codes need a lot of preparation in relation to that game we had), all they said was it's not their jurisdiction and I had to create a ticket for it.

By the way, nice way of censoring the code, LOL. People can combine two of your pic to get the full code, although it's useless because I am sure it's still unredeemable

it makes me realise as well. Lol but still useless even someone get that code coz on that kind of shitty exchange its impossible to recover . Yes probably the support will reply about your concerns.  But they will just pretending for sure "shady acts" , which to protect their reputation.. What i mean after all your efforts will end up nothing..
